The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel is dated but clean. Our room smelled like a sweaty locker room. The shower had a very slow drain and dim lighting.

The staff and hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and affordable. Even breakfast was good and had lots of options. I really enjoyed my stay and plan on staying again in the future.

Key card system wasn’t working so we never received a card to enter our room. We had to get someone from the front desk to let us in every time. Very frustrating.

The suite we got had plenty of space. The room and property felt outdated and dirty/worn out in many places. Horrible and tiny coffee maker.
The breakfast was poor quality run of the mill found in most other lower hotels and did not live up to the Marriott name.
We saw signs that a big remodel was in the plan for 2025. Hope the quality increases dramatically after that.
Did not get my Elite Gold upgrade because I booked via Expedia.

Price was great, so I was not expecting a lot. So pleasantly surprised. Carpet in the halls and our room looked new, the caulk around the tub was clean. Very pleased!

Service was friendly and excellent. The room was really clean. They had an issue with the water heater and were working with maintenance to get it repaired. These things happen. Sofa could use fresh upholstery. Parts of breakfast was pre-packaged and reheated.

The area is really nice and by the Expressway and the airport! Downtown Indianapolis is only a 15-20 minute drive on the expressway and it’s a pretty safe and quiet area!

Some paint was peeling in the bathroom. I was stopped at 4am while taking my service dog outside and was told pets werent allowed. After going back and forth with the woman at the desk, I finally got the issue resolved.
