No recomiendo reservar este hotel, yo lo reserve a través de hoteles.com y al hacer el check in me aplicaron un tipo de cambio muy abusivo, 20.7 pesos por dólar cuando la cotización en el momento estaba en 18.3. por otro lado el hotel está sobrevalorado, es viejo y las instalaciones están con mantenimiento regular. En las 11 noches que estuve jamás hubo agua caliente y los días es Tuxtla no son tan calurosos en octubre por lo que me tuve que bañar con agua fría. Además el Personal al hacer el check in poco amable y realmente no les importo mis quejas sobre el tipo de cambio. El desayuno si es variado pero calidad media.

Las habitaciones apestan horrible. Un día no hicieron el aseo y además la chapa de la recámara no se podía abrir hasta que llamaron a un cerrajero. Pésimo servicio de la gente de recepción.

Great hotel

The hotel felt very safe.Our room had a great view of the city. We especially enjoyed the 5th floor lounge/restraunt. Mary was very helpful and courteous when we had our breakfast. It was also convenient for us to get tea and snacks during the day. Our family of 3 also enjoyed massages at the spa. We look forward to returning to the hotel in the future.

Me cobraron doble hospedaje no se vale

Muy mal servicio al hacer doble cargo al pagar… dos días después de estar hospedada me vuelven a cobrar la misma cantidad llevo 2 semanas esperando me regresen mi dinero y el genrenete de Tuxtla pésimo para resolver este tema. Cómo no es su dinero le vale un comino.
