Hotel is in a GREAT location with a dedicated parking garage (costs extra, per day). VERY CLEAN with a pleasant smell. The suites are snug, but the kitchenette has great accessories + an actual oven, and a large mini-fridge! The hot tub, pool & sauna are also great. The tub in the suite is oversized, and the shower has great water pressure. We only interacted with the staff at check in and check out, but they were friendly. The housekeeper was very good & quick on the one day we took our sign down for service. However, the elevator situation is awful- only 2/3 work, first of all. Both of which take a long time to arrive, usually causing lines of people waiting and packed full elevator rides. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds are not comfortable. For the cost, though, our family of 5 would absolutely stay again.

Great location at a great price. It was perfect for our little family. It was nice that the bedroom had a door to close it off.

This hotel is very convenient if you are going to an event at BC Place or Rogers centre but it’s a long walk to English Bay if that’s your destination. Elevators are extremely slow and full. Several 5 plus minutes waits for one to show up and often too full of people to get on.

Clean room great location. Very convenient for concerts or games at stadium or arena. Only downside was elevator as one was out of commission so waits were long.

Older but you can’t beat the location. The staff were excellent and the room was faultlessly clean.

Chose this hotel based on location. We were not disappointed was a convenient location. An easy walk to theatre, arenas, Yaletown Area, lots of dining in the area. The hotel is dated but well maintained and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

One of the three elevators isn’t working. We waited 15 minutes+ and they were full, so I carried my elderly mom’s luggage (and mine) down from the 17th floor. We were upgraded to a higher floor with a bottle of wine for being a high up Expedia member, but I think would’ve preferred not having to wait. My mom was pissed. Great room if you’re going to see a show at the Queen Elizabeth theatre. Also, the continental breakfast isn’t included if you book through Expedia. $22 each wasn’t worth it for us.

Very convenient location and nice to have a sitting area and kitchen to use. We did not use many of the other facilities so cannot comment. Wished the TV reception was better.

Everything at the property was great, elevator #3 wasn't working which did cause some delays. Older hotel but having the extra living/kitchenette area is ideal for us. You can't beat the location, we walked everywhere.
