Great hotel conveniently located with awesome amenities and friendly staff.

On check in I was told that I had not booked a twin even though I was showing reception the booking said twin. This took 30 minutes to sort. Later the air conditioning wasn’t working, it was 32c, I had booked a hotel specifically with air conditioning as I was poorly with diarrhoea and losing liquid rapidly, I phoned reception to ask to be shown how to sort the air con - I was told ‘STOP’ and then reception put the phoned down. Other than that a lovely hotel. But the customer service was awful and just what I didn’t need in my delirious state.

Quality of breakfast are 3rd class, they give very poor thing for breakfast buffet.

Glitzy modern hotel right in the middle of the coastal strip. Clean and well-appointed. Good breakfast with cooked options (eggs/bacon/frankfurters) available on top floor with great views of the sea. We thought the free toiletry items on request was a nice touch, as I had forgotten to bring my shaving foam and my partner had left her tooth-brush behind!

Really nice deluxe room but too small. Small balcony facing sea but more next door hotel and a street. Great location but very noisy at night. One night we had to call the reception (after 1am) and ask about restaurant's very loud music which was played outside. Police had to come and sort it out. Unfortunately hotel is not separated from the noise and the law allows loud music until 1 am. Breakfast didn't have much choice. Only scrambled eggs(unsolted) and bacon or some ham/cheeses. Bread felt dry. Nice selection of pasty tho. Coffee did not feel as from a good coffee machine. Pool was out of order and I had to make a fuss to be given an option to use a pool of next door hotel (which to be fair looks much nicer). Water in the room is for a charge of 3 euro (0,5l) which I found pretty bad. The staff were friendly. I would most likely score this hotel lower if not the really nice deluxe room and location which made the stay better.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms, location, food & service were excellent & we will definitely return next year for SIGEP show.

Really modern and nice hotel, close to the beach. Good breakfast. Lovely room. I would give it 5 stars but it was a little bit too formal for a beach hotel. Nice pool, easy parking though expensive at 18 euros a day.

Great location on the Adriatic coast.

The hotel pictures led me to believe that I would find a newer (and taller) building (but it is only six stories high). The hotel is a bit dated. The service was fine, but one of the men at the front desk, in his desire to be formal, ended up being a bit stuffy and unkind (e.g., when asked about restaurants in the area he simply replied, "When it is time for dinner, I will be happy to tell you." Ok, then. I'll have to ask at a better time, I thought!). The bed in the hotel was very uncomfortable for me, though my wife loved it. What is not to be missed is the ice cream shop across the street. That was truly extraordinary! (Take it from someone who spent ten years in Rome). If you choose to stay at the hotel, be sure not to stay on the fifth floor. The view is great from there, but at 6 am the staff prepares breakfast in the dinning room upstairs and the tapping of their shoes is likely to wake you up.

This hotel is suppose to be one of the good hotels in Rimini but not impress at all. The room was very small and the bedding was not very great. The service was not very good. The breakfast was good and the view from where they serve breakfast was superb.

Soggiorno di una notte; quanto basta per capire che Hotel Ambasciatori è superlativo, pulito, sicuro, elegante, con personale cortese ed educato. Colazione varia con prodotti gluten free, posto macchina non controllato nel retro dell'hotel. in complesso valutazione ottima!

Zimmerbewertung Als Alleinreisende ist mir bekannt, daß die Einzelzimmer klein sind. Aber so ein kleines Zimmer ist mir noch nicht untergekommen. Die Dusche war der absolute Höhepunkt. Ich persönlich bin schlank Größe 36/38. Eine Person mit der Größe 40 könnte die 2 Flügeltüren nicht mehr zumachen. Der Service in der Bar und im Außenbereich sehr bescheiden. Hier mußte man auf sich aufmerksam machen um bedient zu werden.

Hôtel très bien placé à côté de la plage et très près du centre de Rimini. Pour le reste les prestations sont dans l’ensemble conformes aux attentes

Camera singola un po’ piccola, dall’aspetto un po’ datato e non molto insonorizzata….personale molto gentile e disponibile…..colazione ottima
