1/2 used soap and shampoo in bathroom. long brown hairs on bathroom floor. sticking door, rust everywhere

Cleaning service was only on mondays despite it’s advertised for everyday. If you stay Monday to Friday you will never get the room cleaned. I have to leave two days earlier than what I had initialiy scheduled and paid. I had purchased the Guard® travel insurance plan to be covered in case something happened. ended up losing the money for the 2 days I didn’t stay and the money I had paid for the insurance. The hotel refused to give any refund.

Staff low class

Smell of bleach in the room was over whelming. Body hair was in the sink. Rude nighttime desk clerk. People above me running back and forth for hours and said nothing could be done to stop them. Felt unsafe and could not sleep. Left room at 2:30 am due to this.

Floors and towels were dirty with stains. Area was noisy with cars and people talking outside. There are fake reviews that inflated the overall review of this place. Will not stay again.

This hotel is terrible. Homeless live around hotel and they come to knock my door. I’m so scared

Great customer service

When I arrived to check in, the front desk rep was not friendly (actually he seemed annoyed and bothered by my presence). I attempted to open a door which wasn’t the correct one and he yelled at me. So I advised him to not be so rude and that being friendly goes along way…he should probably learn some better communication and customer service skills. The room wasn’t very clean and it seemed like whoever’s prepped it was in a rush, the floors were filthy, the bath/shower had hair, the towels and bed sheets looked old and dingy, it was total cringe!

I can write a best seller on this place but a key factor is how well they handle everything from maintenance to safety…excellent!

No matter what time of the day it is, you will ALWAYS be greeted with a friendly smile and a bright “Hi”! I love that!
