Liked: easy parking, convenient location, clean, courteous staff. Disliked: couldn’t properly regulate shower water temperature. Water came out too hot.

Checking in took over 30 minutes because of waiting in line. There were only two people ahead of me. Agent asked me to initial contract, I do not know what it said because I didn’t have glasses, and she was so stressed out. I was hoping to use the pool, but the pool closed at 8 pm, while there is plenty of sunlight left.

My only complaint was that when we were sitting by the pool, which was on smoking, the staff would be right outside the pool area smoking so we still got to smell their cigarettes.

First time staying there. Wait location and when we came in, we were welcomed by Mary Jane and she was wonderful, very helpful and extremely friend lay. The place was spotless and all the workers at the hotel were just very friendly, always smiling. Highly rate this place and will definitely go back

We recently stay for 2 days, Molly and Mary Jane were amazing at check-in, so kind. Pool out back clean and warm, room was great,the selection of FULL sized pillow made our stay even more enjoyable. Location was within walking distance to four restaurants. We ate at the Monkeybar, Live music and a bunch of nice cars and trucks drew us in like a moth to a flame and glad we did. Staff especially Steve could not have been anymore attentive.(and on a busy night to boot) We will definitely stay at Holiday inn express" again.

Everything was great! Very clean, very quiet. Close to plenty of restaurants and close enough to the beach. Will definitely stay there again

Everything was great! I just realized that I left some clothes there so I am going to check with them now and see if I can get them back. But that was definitely not their fault! And I'm sure they will be accommodating. The lady who checked me in, Molly, was awesome! Super friendly and very helpful!

Check in was great. Super friendly. Great property. Room is super clean. Has a Balcony looking over the river and local bars. Fun spot.

Great hotel, clean, family friendly and location was convenient. My only observation is that pool towels are extremely small and thin. However, in spite of that I would still recommend it. Breakfast variety was very good with fresh coffee!
