Very clean room.

I could not check into my room till 730 pm. Hotel offered no compensation, meal vouchers nothing. A room that once I did get in smelled like puke. Way under staffed, long wait no manager on site dealing with the issues. Won't stay there again.

Room was clean and comfy. I would stay here again.

Didn’t like coming at 4pm check in time and waiting for someone to show up at the desk. Our room had exposed screws, bent towel bar. On top of everything else we had no water in the middle of the night. I realize you are doing some renovations, but it’s disgusting to have the water turned off and not telling anyone that was going to happen. Just a not good experience.

We didn’t have hot water for two of the mornings we were there. Also didn’t get a room refresh the third day and had to request fresh towels. The housekeeping in general was subpar with beds not being remade properly. Decent property for why we were there but the parking lot is a gong show and could use having the parking space lines re-delineated, correctly measured and painted properly by a professional company. Highlight of the stay is the amazing Firestone restaurant downstairs and their awesome staff.

Room was spotless, staff very polite and helpful, air not used and restaurant and lounge bar are always good.

Room was clean and mostly modern. A/c was dated, no wall mounted thermostat that i could locate. Tv has usual hotel cable, Unfortunately there was no way of switching inputs in tv so i could not use my fire stick.

The room was clean and the soap smelled so good. The room accommodated 6 of us comfortably. We had 3 kids and 2 adults. The restaurant is delicious and a great price point

The room overall was very good. I have 2 things that hopefully can be addressednfor future guests. First, the toilet in my room must had had a leak and "ran", which is annoying during rhe night. This should be an easy fix. Second, the exhaust fan and lightbin the bathroom are on the dame switch. I wosh there were 2, because the exhaust fan was unbelievably loud.

Unfortunately there was no email about the hot tub being closed. There was no notice that the plumbing was going to be worked on in the middle of the night and that there will be no hot water in the morning. There was a little bit of mould in our washroom. The hotel definitely needs to be detailed oriented. I was surprised that the VLT and Restaurant bathroom had more ambiance the VLT room! Small details like the ATM was empty the restaurant lost our reservation. No hot water, was the biggest issue. Location was good for convenience stores.

Pool was closed for the duration of stay which we were not made aware of prior to or at time of check-in. Toilet would not flush and although was repaired, then continued to run and refill for remainder of stay. Staff were friendly and hotel was ckean

The hotel and rooms are very recently renovated. Everything is modern, sleek and clean, simple and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Heating/cooling system in the room working. The only deficiency was our bathroom didn’t have a fan and the room walls still need some decor (pictures or alike) so they don’t feel like a blank canvas.
