Heya there was black mold in the bathroom ceiling. The front door did not shut all the way unless it was deadbolted.

Hot water was no same temperature all the time. Bathroom door nor working good. Breakfast. Orange Juice machine not working. Hotel personal very good

The breakfast was good. The room nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful

I liked that the room we stayed in was big. Parking was great. The only thing I would say is there should be more sugar for the coffee in the room as we did not have any and the lobby wasn't open so I had to go to Starbucks down the street for coffee that's the only complaint. Easy check in.

amazing front desk staff, even though my flights were delayed one after another and I arrive super late. They had a room ready for me. The front desk understood my situation thank you.

We use this hotel as a pit stop on our way to Yosemite. It did the job for a stayover. I wouldn't use this hotel for anything else

Surrounding area not safe

The room was dirty. Some staff members weren’t as helpful.

I arrived to the hotel and headed to the room while taking a shower the knob for hot water was leaking so bad and the shower head was really rough on the body. The tv kept pausing and unpausing out of no where. We were offered to switch rooms but decided not to take the offer due to arriving after a 33 hour drive. No one really wanted to move after being so tired. The next day the toilet wouldn’t even flush so I went to the front desk and they decided to switch my room and said they would compensate 50% off my first night and upgraded my room which I didnt ask for that and I never got my 50% off. The breakfast was limited and everyday the same thing was being served. The hotel itself is terrible and never will be staying here again. If you book a room at this hotel you’ll definitely regret it.

Clean rooms nice people

Hotel grounds and rooms were very dirty. Staff at the desk was very rude and unhelpful.. I’ll never stay there again.

Didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast. 1st day stay tv in room couldn’t hear at , a staff arrived at my room with 4 other remote control and no luck to raise the volume, 2nd stay maintenance arrived at room and reprogrammed the remote so I can finally hear the tv

Front desk check in easy and quick with pleasant staff. No issues with safety. Room clean. Pillows sucked- bring your own.

Interior was clean and bedding was nice quality and comfortable. Water got hot quickly. Breakfast was free, although we didn’t partake. Price was reasonable and near downtown location. These were the plusses. The minuses were that the room was dark. A dark purple wall and no overhead lighting. The ironing board was broken. The Netflix app on the tv gave only error messages and a call to the front desk

Place was quiet and the staff was super nice . But the room was terrible , the entire floor was super wet for some reason and it smelt really musty in the place

Only problem is that my room key kept not working I went to the office to get it fixed 4 times during a 3 day stay.

The bad: The rooms are accessible from the outside, which is a safety concern. Homeless in the parking lot right next to the check in. People yelling all night. Room smelled like urine, dirty tub and towel. Broken washer. Did not sleep very well and only stayed because I was so tired after my long drive. Got out as soon as I could. The good: I didn’t die and I didn’t get robbed. free breakfast, and friendly staff. The summary: if you’re absolutely on a budget I’d sleep in the car. Not worth the risk and you can eat breakfast anywhere.

Looks can be deceiving. I walked in my room feeling good and then noticed the dirty bathtub and hair on toilet. I had clorox wipes so I did my thang then went to the bed and noticed the cheap bedding, I slightly sunk into the bed, so I slept on other bed since I got me a double just incase the came up lol, they have cheap pillows as well. I wanted to clean everything before I touched it once I noticed the dirt. Seemed like someone was in there before i checked in which was rather late but still it was someones shoe prints in the tub that made me feel that way. I expected better from here since I did book it last minute and reviews smeed well, but I just needed a nights rest and I got exactly that. I missed the breakfast but when checking out it looked like a good amount of people. They all smeed to be enjoying it. I even noticed the wffle maker. Customer Service was well. Noticed the gym on sight too, didnt get to mess round but still smeed like a nice work out if did. Directly next to the Hotel is a IHOP in the next parking lot ♡.
