We had an amazing stay! The room was huge! We loved everything so much, we never left to go anywhere else. We don’t need to! The Prado service and food did not disappoint. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful .

The property was more that expected. The bathtub was a hit!!!! Food and service was excellent

The accommodations were splendid, particularly the big tub. Balcony was also a big hit with us.

The front desk doesn’t answer their calls when you want to call and get your valet car ready because of the heat. The pool areas are very dirty and not cleaned as it should be. There are rings around the oasis pool with black dirt that needs to be scrubbed out. They don’t tell you that they’re charging you a $45 resort spa fee for the services that you do not even use. They charge you a resort Spa fee tax on top of the occupancy, tax and city tax. When I booked my reservation for this hotel, this information was not revealed to us so I was surprised when I got the bill. Make sure you check every detail before setting up your reservation for this hotel. Other than that, it was OK.

The Omni is the best summer getaway in the Phoenix area. The staff is excellent from the valet service all the way through housekeeping. Every employee we had an interaction with was top notch. Congratulations to the Omni management for hiring and training a staff of people who really have the guest’s best interest as their top priority. We will be back.

Beautiful and the service was impeccable. Valet staff was very accommodating. Property is gorgeous and I was able to check in early. The pool was lovely and the views were non stop. Location was perfect. Close to everything.

Loved the area, gorgeous resort overall. Very clean. Rooms were worth every dime! Some lows, there’s no system that keeps track of people for the check in golf cart service. We waited in 114 degree weather while people after us were served first. Did not ruin the experience but definitely disorganized. The adult only pool was so nice! But I forgot my ID and they had me walk all the way back to the room in AZ heat to get it. They served me previously without the fuss. Regardless there’s definitely some beautiful ambiance there that transports.

Amazing resort!!! Everyone there is super kind and thoughtful. I can’t even give you one complaint. Everything was perfect, rooms were clean, anytime I asked for anything it was done in the next 10 minutes. Definitely will be coming back soon!

We came in the off season so it wasn’t crowded. The room was big and beautiful. The pool was great and the grounds were gorgeous.

The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. They became more like friends and family. I loved staying here.

This was the most beautiful property. The views are outstanding. The architecture, fountains, lighting, and furniture were beautiful. Any complaint I had was taken care of immediately including a guest next door to my room smoking Marijuana. I moved rooms and got an even better view. There are hidden fees though like parking and resort fees.

Staff is great and always willing to help, if needed. Services and food is outstanding. The Joya Spa is an excellent experience.
