Good location

We usually stay at The Rotary House, but couldn't get in. At check-in there were 5 people behind the check-in counter, 3 appeared to not be doing much. The lady who checked us in, was pleasant enough, but not really friendly. The room was clean but not worth over 300.00. The room at The Rotary House you can get a suite for what we paid for this room. The front desk staff are always very friendly, the rooms are bigger for less money. In short, or I guess longer, I expected more. However the restaurant staff, valet, driver to M.D. Anderson and concierge were excellent. They were friendly and extremely helpful with my husband, who is wheelchair bound, and myself.

Peaceful and relaxing stay.

Room was nice. Semi close to the stadium. The hotel shuttle won’t go to the stadium. Parking was also additional.

Hi perfect location for Nrg concerts - the train just outside - staff very helpful and friendly

Terrible bedd

Garage attendants were always prompt, professional, and courteous.

There were stains on the bedsheets, and some of the pillows smelled like pee, and some of the pillows smelled like bologna. We called down for room service and they said they would call us back but after 45 minutes, we went down to the restaurant then in 15 minutes we got the call for room service and I loosely said we waited for an hour. It was 50 min She got upset that I said anything about it. We checked out the same evening and went home. not recommended.

We atay every few months and we are very grateful we found this property. Its worth every penny for the comfort and convenience.

Very ideal location when having medical visits in the Texas Medical Center. Can walk without safety concerns to adjacent facilities.

Close to hospital

Absolutely amazing. Great location, kind people all over. Nice restaurants, shops. Very convenios that is connected with Methodist hospital so I really enjoyed my staying there.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was attentive and answered my questions.
