Comfortable stay, good breakfast selection and right next to the train station & Reggia Caserta!

Convenient location

We stayed here for 3 nights for an event in Caserta. The hotel was well appointed, and in a great location close to the Palace. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and drinks. The room was neat and clean with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well, and the blackout curtains were useful. I particularly liked that I could communicate with reception via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time

Short walk to Reggia di Caserta Elevator too Parking can be a challenge

Amazing breakfast included - anything you might want. Had a good reasonably priced supper here one night. Well-run hotel with charming staff who looked after us (and others in our wedding party) very well. Short walk from railway station and shops so very convenient.Would definitely stay here again.

Localisation is the main card for the hôtel. Wifi: getting on and off. The carpets in the corridors needs to be replaced. Breakfast: good

L fine for a buisness trip but for whatever reason neither myself nor colleague managed a decent nights sleep over 3 nights. AC control impossible. It was fine, staff feiensly but its a budget stay.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming.

My train arrived prior to Check-in time, but the hotel gave me a room that was ready, so I could enjoy the afternoon touring Reggia Caserta after getting refreshed in the room. My paper tickets for 2 events got soaked with water on the train. The front desk very kindly reprinted my tickets, eliminating any chance that I would be rejected at the entrances.
