What a pleasant stay! The hotel is so convenient to everything and a nice easy walk to downtown, all of our favorite restaurants, and the kiosko outside the hotel is so convenient for beverages anytime of the day. Rooms were spacious and breakfast option was simple. Only thing is the bed was not the best. Definitely needs to improve the mattress before we come back and stay.

Great location and refurbished rooms

Very conveniently located. Having dinner at the hotel is not worth the money. Unfortunately we made that mistake the first night. Excellent restaurants less than five minutes walking from the hotel.

We were very happy with the breakfast and the comfort of the room. The reception is very helpful, and we especially appreciated all the help provided by Agata and Paolo.

We requested 2 twin beds but when we arrived there were no twins and only a double so we were upgraded to a suite Dining room food for dinner was excellent

Hotel is clean and modern but next time I’d prefer closer to center location. Nobody helps with luggage, taxi to airport 32 euros

Nice clean hotel. Walkable to the main center. Bus stops to central and to airport right outside. Convenient location and good spacious rooms.

Parking is very tricky

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue was lack of parking - car park was closed due to refurbishment works.

For a hotel that claims to be ‘upscale’ they are severely lacking in basic services that most hotels offer guests worldwide; like shipping expensive forgotten items COD for guests. Instead I am forced to figure out how to hire a courier service in a country where I barely speak the language, completely blind to what size ‘box’ the hotel will be using to give my items to the courier.

Super professional and warm staff. Catania people never fail to show their care for tourists but this staff was above and beyond! Very close to via Etnea and quick drive to the airport

5-minute walk from pasticceria Savia, via Filomena with the best restaurants, and via Etnea. 20-minute drive from the airport. Clean, safe, professional staff very close to the downtown area!
