The room is lovely. It is very spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff at check in was deplorable. 2 minutes into checking in and I knew I will never book here again.

Spacious room with a view of the Empire. Only 2 negatives: no in-room coffee or breakfast

I chose the Gregorian based on all the great reviews I read, especially the cleanliness. I was not disappointed with how clean and how nice and engaging the staff was. I stayed with my family and it was my kids' first trip to NYC and this was a perfect location to walk he city and see all the highlights NY has to offer! My only complaint would be that the beds and pillows were way too soft and not great for our backs. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!!!

10/10. I’ve been to 48 states, stayed in a million hotels, and this one possibly my best experience. The staff was incredible and friendly, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location with the price

It did the job. We were stuck in NYC and needed to stay somewhere.

It was a fantastic experience to stay at this hotel. The location simply cannot be beaten! Situated just a stone's throw from the Empire State Building and a short walk to Times Square, I was truly in the heart of it all. The convenience of having multiple subway lines nearby made getting around the city a breeze, and the sheer number of restaurants within walking distance was incredible. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable.The service was also top-notch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel did lack a microwave and coffee machine in the room, which might be a deal-breaker for some. However, this didn't bother me personally as I was more than happy to grab coffee and meals out. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base for their New York City adventure. The unbeatable location, great rooms, and excellent service more than made up for the lack of in-room amenities. I would definitely stay here again!
