We had such a wonderful stay over the weekend. We came in for a wedding and the location was great, easy to get too, very nice rooms, excellent service and enjoyed getting to walk to so many places close by. It was also a bonus getting early reservations to the red slipper for breakfast. Probably the only downside for us was that there was no vent to turn on in the bathroom and our bathroom door kept getting stuck. But other than that the rooms were very clean, staff was so nice and had such a fun artsy vibe to the whole place. We will definitely stay again!

Great little hotel located close to Canal and Bourbon street but not in the middle of party central. Easy walk to everything though. Not a lot of amenities but also none really needed. The front desk was helpful and offered ice, luggage storage, etc… no restaurant or bar but you could buy bottles. Ruby Slipper next door for breakfast/ lunch only. Good rates for the area. Clean and quiet for an older building. Super high ceilings in our room so lighting wasn’t great in bathroom. I think some rooms have better vanities with better lighting.

Wonderful stay at The Pelham Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned very well each day, very impressed. The hotel does not have a parking garage, valet parking only. The location is within walking distance of the French Quarters. I highly recommend a stay at The Pelham Hotel.

Very low water pressure from sinks, inadequate plugs, no upgraded USB ports for phones...valet parking for too expensive. No microwaves available for guest. Also no windows in rooms extremely dark. Would not recommend for extended stay.

I remember spending way too much time trying to find a place to stay in New Orleans, and so glad we landed on The Pelham!! The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to Bourbon St and French market districts. We didn’t have any issues with noise, and the hotel itself was very cute and clean, with helpful and friendly staff. For the price too, I absolutely recommend a stay here.

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Good, central location. Rooms are a little tight, being a historic building. Overall, was a good experience and would stay there again. Entrance is kind of on a side street that doesn’t have a lot of traffic, so that was good.

It could have been due to tiredness after our incoming flight was delayed, the “Pelham” sign was prominently displayed but the main entrance wasn’t. The check-in process could have been better, as the associate told me I should have received a text and then waited for me to review it AND complete it, instead of just doing while I was there at the desk. Although small, the room was relatively decent. No bells and whistles, just basic. There was a full-length mirror that lit up and a hanging lighting fixture over the bed closest to the window. The refrigerator (no microwave) was located to the right of the bed and wasn’t easy to access. The best part of the room was the shower head, and the water came out with such force that it was extremely relaxing. Would I stay again? I’m not sure….
