Great breakfast!!

Extremely kind professional friendly staff

I booked a superior single room, but above the head side of the bed there’s a wall, which means I can not sit on the bed and if I wake up suddenly without minding my head it will definitely hit my head on the wall. The reception not willing to change the room saying there’s no other Available rooms. Stayed only 2 nights and only for 2 nights I managed to not to hit my head.

Very good budget option in Vienna's second district. It's a 10 minute walk from the Praterstern station and about a 30 minute walk from many of the tourist attractions in the city centre. The Augarten is nice and close, as are plenty of good cafes, bars, and restaurants

The property, although older and not of a 4 or 5 star hotel rating, was Immaculately clean with staff who cared and were helpful. Rooms were serviced daily. The location was safe and 4 short Underground stops from the centre of Vienna with places of interest being easily reachable. The local area has many reasonably priced eateries. Transport was excellent as Praterstern station (a 7 minute walk from the hotel) is a main transport hub for Underground, train (including airport link), bus and tram services. Noise from these services could not be heard from the property.

Agree with some comments from other travellers. Pillows were lumpy, wifi was horrible in the room and was hard to plan travel for the next day without paying for data or going to the lobby, rooms were outdated and looked worn. Mornings were loud and you would get woken up by slamming doors. Service was decent. I guess we went at a busy time because the place was pretty expensive when we went for a very subpar experience. Location was good in a safe feeling neighbourhood.

⸻ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. Everything was perfect — from the clean and comfortable rooms to the excellent service. What really stood out for me was the staff at the restaurant. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. Their warm attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna

Great location, easy to find, windows that open & controllable radiators.

The hotel room was spacious and had many places to hold our travel bags and shopping bags. The bathroom was spotless and updated, but didn’t have a hook for the sprayer, which meant an awkward, sit-down shower in the tub. Great breakfast, great service. Was a little further away from the attractions than we were used to but all attractions were easy to get to by public transportation. Would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel à proximité de commerce, à 20-25 min à pied du centre de Vienne et proche des transports. A proximité du parc du Prater. Hôtel propre, spacieux. Nous reviendrons certainement !

The hotel was vey nice and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was great! The only downside was that the AC in my room was broken and it was quite warm even with the provided fans. Also one of the rooms (we had 3) had a tub with only a handheld shower head so no easy way to shower.

Good hotel. Easy access to the main train station and airport. Also not that far via public transport to the main attractions. Hotel felt quiet which was good. I would go back there

Overall everything was okay. Yet we had an issue during check in since our reservation could not be found and instead of double room we got twin. The room is spacious yet missing some essentials like tea-set, the furniture is somewhat weary and might be renovaited. Yet bathroom.was really nice. The biggest concern we had was about our bikes -we asked the staff if it is possible to store them somewhere inside and were refused. Yet we were surprised the next morning when we spotted an empty bicycle rack right in the inner yard where it would be just perfect. All in all stay was enjoyable and location is perfect if you are aiming for prater

Nicely decorated hotel. Except a small hiccup prior to arrival, which was largely due to an Expedia issue rather than a hotel issue, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is excellent. The daily house keeping was really good. The only little minus is that they were re-doing some hotel rooms near my room and you could hear the work going on - but no sounds during night and they need to be able to complete maintenance at some point. Good shower and air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will stay again.
