Very nice hotel

The staff was friendly and though I got to the property extremely early they were able to accommodate me. Therefore, I was able to begin my vacation early.

Lovely spacious room, very quiet, cozy

Clean and convenient for my purposes. Only issue I had I ordered breakfast with the room on Expedia and they confirmed at check in but going to breakfast in the morning my name or room number was not on their list and the breakfast person could not confirm with anyone. I showed my Expedia confirmation breakfast with room to receive breakfast.

Parking was difficult for a pickup, since the underground parking level was so low. The front desk made accommidations outside the hotel for close parking. The restaurant staff were so kind and accomidating. We will definately stay again.

This is my hotel of choice when going tonFanX comic con. The location, the accommodations, and the bar area are all excellent.

This place was far fancier than we expected! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are incredibly friendly. Everything was immaculately clean and the welcome was very personable. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying again!

Extremely clean room, friendly staff

This hotel was very convenient for us. Easy to get to. Free parking. Very quiet. The air conditioning unit struggled a little and the room was dated. An upgrade would be nice for what you pay.

The bathroom smelled like mold.. or urine… While our first night there they gave someone a key to my room without my permission or even trying to contact me because the person said they were my “sister”… While everything else was almost perfect this was a HUGE NO from me
