Cleanliness and amenities were fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at a cost of 13 euros was a bit disappointing although the coffee was very good

When I requested a reservation change, the customer service was not very helpful. Eventually, my follow-up inquiries were ignored, leaving me with the impression of a cold and uncaring attitude.

The room is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. One takeaway is that the elevator was broken the day we checked in. The front desk staff gave us a room on the 2nd floor since we have luggages. It was still a struggle to bring the luggages up, but at least we got our exercise. The elevator got fixed the afternoon of the following day. The room came with a small fridge with drinks and snacks for a small fee. Most importantly, the AC is nice and cold! The hotel is practically at the mall, 2-3min walk to the Flanders and Euro train stations, and plenty food places around. Very, very convenient!

Super convenient location for Eurostar travellers as well as walkable to everywhere you would want to go. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and multilingual. Aircon in the room was amazing!

Lovely hotel and so near Lille Eurostar. Only a short walk to the railway station and other amenities in Central Lille. Staff very friendly, room clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Only drawback having only one lift operating which proved to be a little tedious at times. Overall well pleased and would definately recommend and will be staying there again.

The lift was not functioning on the last two days of our stay and we have to take stairs up and down the hotel. Other than that, the hotel is located in a very convenient and prime location.

Great location, 5 minutes to the main railway station, Lille Europ. Next to a large shopping centre section many restaurants, yet it was very quiet at night. The room is not huge, but all are neatly arranged staff are super kind and friendly.

Staff were really helpful. Room fairly recently renovated by the looks of it. Perfectly adequate. Bed and pillows, bedding very comfortable. Fridge in the room, very quiet. Parking very convenient but a little complicated to get to. Study the rear of the handout before attempting.

We had a great stay. Arrived in the evening on Eurostar. The hotel is an easy walk from the station and into the town centre. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

Brilliant location , very helpful friendly staff . Hot drink selection could have been better (ie coffee / Tea / milk in room ) mini fridge is a nice touch , but better if cooler .

Chambre très propre. Hôtel bien situé tout près de la gare de trains. Excellent petit déjeuner. Personne ainsi le et poli. Petit bémol: un seul des deux ascenseurs fonctionnait à notre départ.

Douche dont le bouchon ne décollait pas. Lit double qui était en fait deux lits simples qui se séparent beaucoup. Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain.
