The property smelled so bad

This hotel was a good stop near the airport.

This hotel is super grungy. When pulling a cord from the outlet, the outlet comes out of the wall. When using the taps in the shower, the entire faucet was coming out of the wall I had to keep on pushing it back in. Stained carpets. Tiny towels. Very very loud…seems like a lot of transient people stay here to party. The staff was nice enough and it’s not their fault the place is a dive. Flower beds full of weeds. Cigarette butts all over the ground. The only nice thing was that there was security walking the parking lot. Would not stay here again.

The property itself is dated and dirty, the bathtub has major yellow stains. We checked in very late due to last minute changes in our trip and didn’t bother to ask to see another room. Stains on doors and walls and lamps. Bed was ok. Staff at the front was friendly considering how late we arrived at 11:30. But will not return

Get to my room and it reeks of cigarettes from the previous person. The window was open to try to air it out but blatant smell. I could see what looked like coffee stains on the floor. The bed is a broken spring style that needs to be replaced. You can easily tell what side most people sleep on. The AC was blasting all night and only kept it from being sweltering. All in all not worth the money even at a discount.

An older property that has been somewhat updated. Biggest complaint is that all the USB outlets were dead and bed was soft and lumpy.

By far the worst people and experience I have ever received, the photos being advertised when booking is a photo they took of renovated rooms, they gave us a non-renovated, run down room with the worst bathtub and cleanliness, and yes I’ve provided proof. We weren’t able to shower there because of this filth, we notified the desk as soon as we seen it and asked to change rooms, they said no, the janitor said he will come back to replace the shower head and never did, The front desk at night (bald man) was extremely rude telling me I can leave if I like as they’re selling rooms for $1000 that weekend and the room will be taken instantly! When I checked out I asked to speak to the manager, the front desk said the manager will call “tomorrow” - it’s now been 2 days and not a single call.

Hotel rooms were rough, in need of repairs and updates across the board. Clean, enough, I guess. Wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

The room is decent but it doesn't seem like it's cleaned well. There are coffee drips on multiple spots, washroom isn't clean at all especially the toilet, and the water in the bath tub drains very slowly.

Was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, staff welcoming, not on a loud road, plenty of free parking, good rates.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, especially considering it cost over $300 per night. The hotel was extremely dirty, outdated, and looked nothing like the photos advertised. The room was in very poor condition. The mattress was an old spring mattress that was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows, bedding, and furniture all felt very cheap and low quality. The cleanliness was unacceptable. There were unidentified stains and marks on the floor, including sticky substances beside the bed that appeared to have never been cleaned. We didn’t even feel comfortable walking barefoot and had to use wet towels on the floor. The bathroom was even worse. There was a strong urine smell, visible yellow urine stains around the toilet, and dust or ash-like residue inside the sink. The amenities were also incorrect. We were only provided with shampoo and several bottles of lotion, but there was no conditioner or body wash—only a bar of soap. While we were at the front desk, another guest spoke with us directly about their stay. They told us they had experienced similar issues, felt the hotel was extremely overpriced for its condition, and had attempted to obtain a refund but were refused. Overall, this hotel was completely unacceptable for the price charged. It was the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very poorly maintained rooms, there were no bathroom amenities available when we checked in and had to contact front staff couple of times before somebody helped us. Will not recommend to anybody

The first room they checked us into was not clean at all. They put us in another room and it was just as dirty. We left to go get something to eat so they could clean it. We got back and the cleanliness wasn’t much better. I would NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. It needs a management and employee change before I would ever consider it.

Stay away! The pictures are completely false advertising. The place is a dump. Old worn furniture, tv not working, found finger nail in bathroom. The price of this place should be illegal.
