We loved access to the pool and the spa benefits. We also loved the beauty of the location and the staff were extremely accommodating.

Thank you to Jeanne the concierge for making my daughter's 7th birthday so special. She greeted her with a stuffy and had sparkling champagne and cookies waiting for us in the room. Our room had a gorgeous view of the bay. Could not have asked for a bettervweekend.

Beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, gorgeous and comfortable. Very courteous staff. Parts of the hotel were under construction for remodeling, but it was not loud or disruptive in any way. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent service and location. Gorgeous hotel. Good parking, although almost no spots on Friday 5pm. Had trouble with swiping my card in/out at parking gate, wish there was an attendent on duty - I paid extra to get out, twice, since the scanner didn't work, there were cars behind me and no way to turn around. Other than that, would definitely return.

Great service - pool is great especially if you like swimming laps (& teaching your kids). Tennis courts are fun - we are a tennis playing family! Now, they have food/drinks at the pool area- so that is great! Gym is also amazing! ( Wished self parking was included with the resort fee - doesn’t make sense why that is a separate charge for hotel guests…

The new manager, front desk staff, bartenders across from the check-in desk, fitness staff, and valet were all wonderful!! Great experience.

We got a “Deluxe” King room, that was just completely underwhelming. Our view is of the trash dumpsters. The HVAC is loud. Not what I would expect for over $500 a night.

Lots of construction currently- needed but we were not told it would be directly out our window and we were even told we were given an “upgrade”?!

I was so excited for this stay as I have family in the area and am looking for a new homemade when I come to visit. Unfortunately, it was awful. The hotel smells musty. After one night, I started looking around our room to see if I could identify the cause of the odor. That's when I saw the black mold all over the vent in our room. The other vents were equally as filthy. I brought it to the attention of the manager who was quick to offer a new room. I was shocked to open the door to find we had been downgraded to a smaller room despite paying for a deluxe queen at the outset. The new room had a dirty glass in the bathroom stained with old water/scum. I emailed the manager and have yet to hear back. There was no follow up. Needless to say I won't be back.

Nowhere on your site or their site is it posted that this hotel is going through a massive exterior reconstruction. There is scaffolding across a large part of the exterior. In front of my room window, there was scaffolding as well as a long orange metal tube that was used to courier trash from the floor above me to the ground into a dumpster. This went on from 9-4pm daily, along with pounding, sawing, etc…. This info should be made available to potential guests when they’re considering their stay. I was looking for a quiet personal retreat for three days.i didn’t get it. The staff is lovely. The food was good. But the environment wasn’t restful.

This is my favorite hotel. The staff, location, rooms with views, and hotel vibes = superb. Even the room service dinners. I had a massage at the spa for my birthday! Excellent! I had my dog stay with me. She enjoyed the treats at the front desk! I have stayed here at least 5 times! I always feel so welcome. Many gems here like their onsite restaurant Limewood with a view! They serve a great house coffee! It was hard for me to leave but I will return!
