This hotel was ok. From the airport you can get the 200 bus to Canillejas then it's a 10 min walk. You can walk to the IFEMA conference centre in about 20-25 mins and if you do then on the way there's a massive hypermarket (Campo de las Naciones) where you can get any item you may require. Easy to get the metro to the city centre also from Canillejas. There is a pool (didn't try). Didn't try the breakfast as got things from the hypermarket to eat. Room was spacious but the air conditioning was not very strong (was 39 degrees outside). Room door lock was a bit odd and sometimes it didn't close completely so had to double check when leaving each day. Liked that there were some complimentary drinks in the mini bar. The shower gel was empty in the shower but ok as just used the shampoo instead. Good enough hotel for my purposes (attending a conference).

Great place to stay a bit far from Madrid but beautiful place

We booked Best Osuna Feria in Madrid for my daughter and her partner because the listing showed a pool and good facilities. Unfortunately, their experience was the complete opposite of what was advertised. Upon arrival, the reception staff were not particularly friendly, and the room they were given was dark, dingy, and felt unsafe. The curtains couldn’t be opened because the room was on the first floor directly next to the entrance, meaning anyone passing by could see straight in. To make matters worse, the door did not lock properly. This was reported to reception, but the staff seemed uninterested and even laughed. They offered to pay to upgrade, but were informed that no suitable rooms for couples were available—only family rooms. We then discovered that the pool was closed and completely empty, something we were never informed of prior to arrival. There were also no facilities available at all—no sunbeds, no tables or chairs—nothing that could compensate for the lack of a usable pool. Given how unsafe and uncomfortable they felt, the only option was to move them to a different hotel at our own expense. This was extremely disappointing and has left us out of pocket, although thankfully they were still able to enjoy their time in Madrid, which is a beautiful city. Expedia, I strongly recommend reviewing this property and considering removing it from your listings. The experience provided was nowhere near what was advertised.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. All the staff were really nice & helpful. The hotel was in a great location for us, 20 minute walk from the metro station to the airport and 6 minute walk to the metro station to get into central Madrid. The bed and pillows were comfy so we got some good sleep. The shower was hot and powerful. The room was a bit tired and in need of a little TLC but other that that everything alse was great.

Good sized room. Restaurant food is dry and could be better. Toilet size is great and massive. Some friendly staff and some less welcoming. Good location, quiet and safe.

i did not have time for breakfast. i had a fight at 9.30.. you have to wal a lot to the room and that time it was raining

Hotel is fine overall. However dont bother taking your children of you want a hotel with a pool for kids to play in. Lifeguard was very disinterested and blunt as it seemed it had to be kept a fun free zone. Very sterile and not exactly an area full of laughter!

I love this hotel. I have stayed at the hotel 3 times. It is so convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle service. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is set in a beautiful quite, safe residential area and has an amazing shopping centre less than 10 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

We did not have food at all on site and the food we did eat had to be paid for. I was disappointed in the initial room they gave us as it was a handicap room. I did not ask for and had to speak with a manager due to them informing me that they were all occupied. We did get our room changed however it seem as though the concierge desk did not want to initially assist and very quick to say there were no other rooms available and that they were all booked. We pay for a certain quality yet we are at the mercy of others when did it get to this point ???
