Love this hotel. Convenient to all attractions in New Orleans. One of my favorites.

It was a birthday celebration. It was a great stay and quiet. Nice hotel.

Beautiful and renovated

This is a beautiful hotel but for the price of the room - over $300! - we had thought there would be complimentary coffee. But when we arrived we were directed to an expresso machine which gave us a tiny amount of coffee and they charged us $4.95. We’ve stayed at much cheaper hotels that provided free coffee.

The hotel was lovely and the staff was great

We had a great time at this hotel stay. Room was nice and clean. No issues, other than the top floor and lounge wasn’t accessible due to construction and the elevators were a little slow and quirky from time to time. Nothing a little practiced patience couldn’t solve.

The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance to the Dome and French Quarters. Hotel is very clean and pleasant staff.

Outstanding place to stay!

I enjoyed my stay at the Le Pavillion. It was close to everything and all staff was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend and will be staying here the next time I’m in NOLA!

If your looking to pamper your better half, this is the place.

The property was beautiful but my toilet did not flush properly because the water pressure was so low. I spoke with a couple of people and was promised a credit but did not receive it.

Clean, comfortable, classy hotel at a great location for main mardi gras parades!

They have upgraded the bar and some access points, the elevators ran more smoothly—but rooms are bare, basic and a little small

Love the Le Pavillon. It was the perfect location for Mardi Gras right near the parade routes. It was also in walking distance of the World War Two museum and the french quater. Check-in was fast. The valets were always on time. I will be staying here again.

I was in town for Mardi Gras and my stay was amazing... From valet, bellhop and the front desk crew was amazing from beginning...

Maid service not replenishing tissue, coffee etc

Everything was fantastic!

Bathrooms need some work for the price paid, the facility was a little below standard. Do not mind paying the higher price but I want what I pay for, did not feel that way at check out. Mainly the bathroom was the problem, shower door would not close and toilet would not flush for the majority of the stay.

I love this hotel and this the only hotel I stay at when I’m in New Orleans.
