Stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka for 6 days and 5 nights, very grateful to have chosen this hotel, the location is right in front of Parco and Daimaru malls, the metro station is also right next to the hotel, the family just walked behind the hotel and there were many Family Mart options, walking to Shinsaibashi and Kuromon Market is also only a matter of minutes😍

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious (rare in Japan) and the beds were very comfortable. No complaints whatsoever.

Located in a bustling center, lined with well-known boutiques, it's easily accessible to the hotel and major attractions. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and easy to find food. I'd stay here again if I ever visit Osaka.

The location is good, near Suji Shopping Centre & Dotonbori

Very good and strategic location, the hotel has a connecting door with the Midosuji Line subway, it's only about 100 m walking from the subway station. The hotel is also across from the Shinsaibashi Suji shopping area, not far from Halal Ramen Honolu & Halal Ayam Ya.

All the staff at reception, bellboy, luggage have been very friendly! This is our 2nd time here and service has been exceptionally great; It's always great to see familiar faces. The location is right in front of the subway line, Shinsaibashi shopping street, and we are a Muslim family, so there are many halal eateries and restaurants in the Shinsaibashi area.

Room was OK, clean, and enough space. But the aircon is a bit of a problem (always on off on off even we are setting on high fan mode). But luckily, we are here in winter, so we don't need aircon that much. Overall OK and close to Dotonburi Glico sign.

It was my first time going to Osaka, and a place near the train station was essential for my 12-day trip. This hotel was selected due to its accessibility and good reviews. True to what others had said, this hotel is easy to access, has high-speed Wi-Fi, friendly staff, and cleanliness. Daily housekeeping is important as my child has eczema. The only feedback would be the inability to adjust the room aircon to my preference as it was centrally controlled. I will definitely select this hotel on my next trip.
