An upscale feel with a budget friendly price.

Loved it was clean and cute. Felt safe not just anyone can enter.

Overall, a great stay. -Great location -Receptionists are nice and helpful -While it was a little hard to lock the room, it just needed a little push and force to lock the door

Room photos are completely inaccurate. Room smelled musty. They do not providebath robes as stated. Square footage of rooms is completely inaccurate. Number of towels and pillows provided was unreasonable (2). However, staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Front desk people were accommodating and friendly.

Hotel built after great San Francisco fire very well upgraded as possible for small rooms.

Property was nice and very close to restaurants and shopping. The only reason I didn’t get the property an excellent is because there was trash under the pullout couch and behind the desk. Also, the daytime staff was not super friendly, but the evening staff was nice and helpful. But probably willing to give this property, another try and hope for better results.

This is a quiet, elegant, boutique hotel that I enjoyed staying in for a week-long business trip. But be aware that the rooms are tiny, there is no refrigerator or microwave available, only coffee and tea are served in the morning, and the water pressure is low.

Great property and convenient location to public transport from the airport and for getting around San Francisco. Would definetely stay again.

Very nice property. The staff was amazing and the doors remain locked so that o ly guest are able to come in. Centrally located to union square and many activities. Will be styimg here again

Charming old building, well maintained, small but adequate rooms, nicely located No parking on site but valet service offered for a price to take your car to a secure lot. Would stay here again.
