We stayed here for 3 nights, on the last evening we went swimming in the hotel pool. My husband sliced his foot open in the pool, as a light fixture was not properly maintained. I called the front desk for a first aid kit, waited about 3-5 minutes as my husband's foot was actively bleeding out. Called them again and told them to hurry. Finally the manager and a maintenance man came over, still no first aid kit, just a few packages of gauze patches. I had to go to the pharmacy for a first aid kit and supplies. They closed the pool for the remainder of the evening, but opened it again the next morning. The stay resulted in the last night being refunded, but is that enough compensation for my husband's foot getting sliced open?

The team was very helpful and accommodating. I had to make updates to my stay after the initial booking date, and everything was taken care of quickly and with attention to detail. Excellent value for the price.

Love the location near the airport and going north on Highway 11. The hotel is showing some signs of age. (Elevators, for example). Many guests enjoy the indoor pool area that forms part of the main lobby and is overlooked by the restaurant and lounge; they also have a snack bar which is convenient for pastries and ice cream and small fruit plates, etc.. staff was extremely helpful. Check in and out was smooth. I appreciate ample parking with the complementary shuttle bus to and from the airport.

I stayed one night in June before catching a plane. The service was excellent, the room clean and quiet. I will definitely stay again.
