Our room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was free & very good. Starbucks coffee was a nice choice at breakfast 😋 Front desk staff are very friendly when checking in & out.

Staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was good. Room on the other hand complete disaster. Side table with marble top falling apart, closet for clothing the hinge was not connected. Fridge was not cleaned, bathroom vanity had dried old toothpaste in the gap between sink and vanity. The ceiling fan in the bathroom had so much dust on it that I looked like it had not been cleaned in years (thankfully our oldest was not with as they have a severe house dust), where the carpet meets the bathroom it was completely frayed and the staples from them were sticking out so that our todler got a wound on her feet when she went into the bathroom. Spoke with management they said it was not their standard apologized and we we're offered 50% off of the stay.

Clean room, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay. Everything was good, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Very nice hotel

We have stay at this hotel for years because of the location and having a restaurant right in the hotel. These past couple of times staying there we noted that it has really fallen down in the category of cleanliness. Usually an elevator isn't working and the hallways/rooms are not as clean as they used to be. Upset with the fact that they took away their breakfast coupon that let you choose from the menu as they now have only a continental breakfast which isn't real great and for that you need to still pay for in behind the scenes of your reservation. Service in the bar was very slow. Food is great though. Will now consider other hotels for future stays

Floor we stayed smelled really bad as if it flooded and the carpet wasn’t changed or cleaned properly.

I stayed in the second and enjoyed it as I could walk out of my room and not to wait for an elevator. Great space for walking when it’s not busy.

Great place to stay and relax. Elevator is too fast to get in and out of if you are disabled. All and all very nice though.

The hotel is clean and the value for cost is excellent.

Bedsheets and blankets are clean but no longer in good condition, have holes in some parts. Shower area has no enough cover that water spilled on the floor.

Excellent all around. My only complaint was the check in and the elevator ride down on check out. Line up took a little long to get through for check in and the elevator wait was ridiculous. I ended up taking the stairs. For 8 floors!!

The hotel is getting older, things are wearing out. Our room was okay, but my sisters room the AC didn't work.

Breakfast was the best. Right off the menu. No instant powder eggs which are awful.
