Great hotel! Large room, very clean, easy parking, great staff. Lots of menu options for breakfast and lunch. They do have special brunch on sunday and lunch buffets Monday to Friday also. Didn’t use this time but there is an airport shuttle. Only thing that wasn’t 5* was pool cleanliness and didn’t have a hot tub.

Real deadly

Extremely busy and wouldn't answer the phone at front desk. Had to take an Uber from the airport as I couldn't reach them to ask for a shuttle. Took a while to check in. On the up side, they did give me a complimentary breakfast voucher for my trouble

More minor maintenance goes a long way for future considerations. Bathroom sink drained very slow Not all lights worked. Very limited and accessible power supply. Need better TV eg: Netflix etc.

The pillows are all so uncomfortable that I had to use a towel. The shower is oddly configured making it awkward to use and the instructions for using your room key to use the elevator are not clear and straightforward All staff is awesome

The breakfast is always nice and overall, this is a nice modern and updated hotel. No rude surprises and a very easy check in and check out.

Very convenient for parking and close to airport

They didn't take out garbage or replace towels even with the maid service sign out. This has been a problem in my previous vists as well. The restaurant service was excellent.

Hotel is in good conditions. One elevator was not working, but there were 2 more in operation. Room was clean and amenities were good.

Best place to stay in Saskatoon

I leave my vehicle a the hotel and they provide a ride to and from the airport parking a lot cheaper than airport parking

Long waits for elevators, there weren't enough to handle the amount of guests coming and going.

And the room didn't get cleaned as well as it should have been each day. forgetful of the replacements of coffees supplies and towel
