Very kind and helpful staff

Heater no working

Stayed on 4th floor which smell of sewage & seep into the room. My request to be moved into different floor was denied. A reduction of price to stay on that smelly floor would've been appreciated. Placing a towel against the bottom door helped some but it still came through the vents.

It was not a good stay. Very noisy due construction. We found little black bugs on the bedding and breakfast was not great due to no spoons and cold food.

Stayed on the 5th floor. Odor of room and hallway smelled like wet dog. Disturbed my house keeping early, 2 times even though latch was on the door. When checking out , the front desk people (3 workers) didn’t even have smiles or say good morning . And my room was cold, the heater didn’t work.

I have stayed here for years when traveling due to the proximity to the airport as it’s right cross the street, but also because it was so nice. It’s disappointing to see the state of it now.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated well. Check-in was seamless, the restaurant was not only convenient, but the staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was excellent! The bed was comfy! The shuttle to the airport the next morning was prompt, arriving 5 minutes after we came down, and it only took 5 minutes to get to the airport! The only "down" thing about the property is it is dated, but it didn't bother me. It was kind of cool to be in the retro deco.

Convenient near the airport. Parking is paid which is unusual for ABQ. Otherwise no problems noted

My stay with my family was not bad, overall cleanliness was good but some things could have been better, sink was not working properly as well as the A/C... For the price I would expect more I feel like I could have got better for cheaper elsewhere.

Too expensive, no free breakfast- the buffet breakfast was weak- powdered eggs for $16 cmon.

Upon checking in I discovered that the restaurant and lounge were closed. This was not disclosed when making my reservations. Partially through my stay only one elevator was operational which caused long waits and the need to use the stairs. The room had a distinct "musty" smell.

Restaurant/ bar shut down without notice. Switched my reservation by one day and was penalized by full amount. Doubled my payment. Very tired furnishings and worn carpets.
