Great breakfast, staff very helpful. Location was waking distance to major attractions.

The room is great. Very clean. We ate in the little atrium outside and our server was Camelia. She was amazing. We were exhausted from 20 hours of straight tgravel and she walked us through to ordering a great meal.

The room was large and comfortable. The wait staff in the hotel restaurant was exceptionally hospitable .

Even though, we had a couple issues with the room itself and its amenities, Carlos gave his best in personal service. Very warm and courteous!

Concierge was so helpful. Housekeeping was delightful. Room was a little aged in bathroom. Interesting water smell and water spots in wall under sink.

Our bathroom flooded shortly after we moved in to our Club Level room. We ordered a taxi on the last day that we waited over an hour for and then discovered we had been forgotten. At the same time we ordered a taxi for airport pick up which was also forgotten. We have now placed our entire stay in dispute with our credit card provider
