Woke up to small black biting flies in room 122 . My wife and I both have bites . worse cluster of them in the bathroom. Doesnt appear to be bedbugs-I hope but we are treating our luggage etc ads though it was. Breakfast also disappointing compared to the adjacent Baymont that we had stayed the previous 4 nights. I have several pictures.

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

Roaches in bathroom. When told to staff they said they’ll make sure to clean it for the next guest but I had to pretty much just endure. Took my kids and wife else where to shower.

I used to enjoy staying in the same room, but the more I stay in that room the more I see how it’s not being cleaned. Wiping down is not the same as cleaning. The bathroom really needs a good cleaning. The bedspread looked like it needed to be washed. The shower curtain needed changing as well.

Room was clean and it was anoce quiet place to relax

The property has been renovated And looks nice, not new but nice because some of the materials used for the renovation are not of the best quality. I would suggest washing down the walls in the rooms. Especially around the baseboards.

I love the fact that they are traveler friendly, great prices at times and near restaurants. However, when cleaning the rooms, attention to detail is important because I rented the same room twice and the walls were still dirty. I know people don’t deep clean every room, but looking around and checking should be part of the cleaning process.

The property is very old and dirty.

Young women traveling alone, the staff made me feel comfortable and safe.

The hotel was very shabby and dirty . Some of the staff were nice but some acted like they didn’t want to be there

Breakfast not very good ...kinda run down air conditioning unit and bed frame

It had a horrible smell like the carpet hadn’t been replaced in 20 years. The front desk dude that checked us in was wearing a virtual reality headset Yes you heard that right, we couldn’t believe it. We saw bugs and things were broken… overall just so out of date and rundown. I know we didn’t pay for a four or five star hotel, but it wouldn’t take a lot of money to make some small simple improvements to make the overall experience much better

Only stayed here as other hotels were booked. Found a spider in the bathroom. Faucets were loose. Holes in lobby wall. Would not recommend unless it gets a major renovation.

Arrived and noted the pictures were AI generated. Bed had stains on the comforter. Stains and hair on the sheets beneath. Toilet was dirty. Bathroom and room mirrors had substances dripping down them. Overall a nasty and unclean hotel.

Kids were constantly running upstairs in the hallway above my room up till 1:00 a.m. nothing was ever done about it won't stay there again

I'm disappointed in my room I found hair in my bed hair on my bath towels my floor is dirty hasn't been clean in a while. and when I called down to get more towels they told me I have to come get them.. the long mirror has what looks to be oil smeared over it..and when I plugged in my phone the lamp outlet sparked! also know where on the website did it state that the gym in the pool was only open till 9:00 nor did it say that you have to walk outside to get to the pool.. in the snow! When the neighbors shower is sounds like a air plan is landing in ur room .Breakfast was horrible..dry and hard biscuits and bread. At 8am they were outside scraping the side walks right outside out wondow..smh..I got a non smoking room but they also have smoking rooms near me...the hallways stink of cigs.. Very disappointed!! Never gain..

This is the second time I've stayed. Excellent accommodations. Price is reasonable. I highly recommend Days Inn in Madisonville, KY.

Spacious room.

This was a deer hunting trip. Easy access to the room from the car was important to move gear. Nice stay.
