Amazing hotel with perfect location

I always love coming back to this hotel. Everything is to the highest level starting to all of the hotel personal Wonderful place to stay in Verona

The room was clean as d comfortable and all the staff we encountered ( including the maids) were charming and polite .

The most gorgeous property in the coolest city in Northern Italy! Your window opens over a sweet busy street right in the heart of Verona. Out your door are wide open stoned streets with amazing shopping and fabulous restaurants. Don’t miss this extra special spot!

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet, with a good shower (over the bath). The hotel is in an excellent location, perfectly situated for visiting many of the historical locations in the area. The staff were all so polite and helpful and the chilled welcome drinks were a nice touch. There was a good choice for the breakfast buffet and this could be eaten inside or outside. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Helpfull Staff.

Great hotel right in the heart of Verona. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and spacious. Rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax before dinner in the evenings.

Excellent

Excellent central location- just a 5 minute stroll from the Opera. Everything in the hotel worked. Plenty of charging points and options in the room. Very helpful staff. Even the “de luxe singles” that two of us in our group occupied didn’t give us anything to moan about across our two night stay. Breakfast is a bit touristy but to be expected: the hotel made excellent dinner suggestions to us

I had a wonderful experience there during my stay. The hotel's location is perfect. The breakfast is out of the world! You can have whatever you want. Loved it!. All the staff are friendly and always help you. Highly reccomended.

Great breakfast, the waiter knew my coffee order by the second day! Fantastic location in Verona, you can walk to everything. Large room compared to other city hotel rooms. Reasonable price considering all you get. Welcome drinks nice touch!

While the hotel itself was nice, I found it to be significantly overpriced relative to the overall experience. Compared to other properties in a similar price range, it felt as though guests were charged extra for amenities and services that are typically included elsewhere. Additionally, the housekeeping service repeatedly left trash behind in the room, which was surprising and disappointing given the hotel's caliber and price point. While we had an enjoyable stay overall, the experience did not justify the cost, and I would be unlikely to recommend the property or choose to stay there again in the future.

This hotel was gorgeous and made it easy to walk to central locations around Verona. The room was very clean and the bathroom was nice and big! They even gave a box of essentials; tooth brush, tooth paste, shampoo etc. and it all felt very lux. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Verona !!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Our room had a very strong unpleasant odor which made it difficult to spend time in our suite which we had paid a premium for an additional $100Euro/night for 6 nights over a standard room(600 Euro). When brought to the hotel managers attention, he indicated that they had inspected the room and found it satisfactory. When I asked a second time if he believed that the room was fine with no unpleasant odor, he assured me that they felt it was perfectly fine, and consistent with their standards. I eventually had a respiratory reaction and sinus issues after 6 nights. We have spent nearly 5 months at hotels all over Italy and have never experienced anything like this. We were not offered any solutions or resolutions. No apologywas offered and I was told that if I did not like the the smell, then I should have notified them on the first day.

The hotel was amazing. The only thing that I needed is for the bartender to be a little friendlier.
