Friendly staff and comfortable beds! Good hotel to stay if you would like to spend a day at the amusement park and aquarium!

Excellent for kids. All you need is in build here, shopping, kid zone, mart, foid center. Fabulous view. Excellent service. Nice room. Convenience in all aspects.

High class hotel connected to Jamsil subway station and shopping mall consists of Lotte World Adventure, Lotte department store, Lotte Mart, Toys R Us, Nike, Kidzania, electronics all under one roof. Hotel service is excellent. Our room facing Signiel, Lotte World mall & lake has perfect view. Character Room on 7th floor has view of indoor Lotte Adventure. On our last day we asked for late check out and they gave us until 2pm to checkout which was a big help because our flight was at 11:30pm. Upon checkout they stored the luggages for us and when we were ready to go they helped us with our luggages to KAL bus station which is just outside the the hotel which is such a convenient way to go to Incheon airport. So pleased that we chose this hotel & we had a wonderful experience.

Practically joined together with the lotte world theme park. Great room for great price. We stayed at the top floor... What a view of Seoul! Very tightly packed to the lotte group mall Avenuel and Lotte World Tower and theme park.

The hotel location is very convenient ad it is connected with several Lotte World shopping malls, subway and Lotte World Theme Park. Staying guest at the hotel get big discounts to go to the Lotte World Adventure Theme Park, which is great. The breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend this hotel and come back again next time.
