Nice hotel. I had a great stay

This is a very clean well maintained property. The gentleman that checked me in was great. The rest of the employees did not speak English and my main concern is with the acting manager on duty Bella. On our last day she evicted us, threatened with police, we were not only charged for the night but our deposit was also taken. She also spoke of another even higher fee. All this Due to our service animals that she deemed as pets. We not only felt robbed but also discriminated against. She also refused us to speak with a manager or owner of the motel. I have stayed at many hotels for work and leisure and this has by far been the worst treatment I've ever received as a guest. I suggest you check, educate,inform, and change your policy and fees for service pets online and with third party so no one else expierinces what we did.

Disgusting and Infested – Don’t Be Fooled by the Nice Landscaping I’m only marking one star because I have to but this hotel doesn’t even deserve not even that. Don’t let the pretty landscaping outside fool you — this Days Inn is absolutely disgusting on the inside. The room was infested with roaches: baby roaches all over the bathroom floor, one on the shower curtain, and another crawling on the wall by the sink. To make matters worse, there were spiderwebs on the pillow, which proves the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in who knows how long. It was filthy, uncomfortable, and honestly felt unsafe. This place needs a full extermination and deep cleaning. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — stay far, far away.

The person at the front desk was very rude Didn’t give me enough information, not even tell me there was an elevator and I am a disable Veteran Charged 10.00 for airport shuttle that I am pretty sure was not advertised

A/C unit in room was very noisy but everything else was perfect.

No trash bags in cans. Internet did not work. No where to hang clothes. Had to leave crammed in suitcase all weekend. Very clean and bed was comfortable. We would stay here again if needed.

Stay was great, beds very comfortable. No complaints until time to leave. I had asked for a late check out they gave me 12 noon. We needed to relax for a little before heading back to meet. 11.25am they knocked on my door, told them they gave me noon, 11.40 knock on door, 11.48 knock on door. They didnt listen well at all. Seriously a lack of communication, and made it hard to be able to rest.

If you’re wanting a five star experience, this is NOT it. But if kind people, safety, hot water and soft toilet paper are important, SCORE!

I will definitely stay at this Days Inn again. I love the pool area and there is a Brazilian restaurant on site.

Very out dated. The toilet only flushed every other time and had to hold the handle the entire time. The WiFi was so weak that we had to turn it off...
