Everything was clean, tidy and in excellent order. Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. Parking was trouble free too. Everything we could want or need. Wellness Centre was a welcome bonus.

This hotel was very excellent overall. I truly loved the pool and all the extras that come with it. The gym is honestly superior to all I've seen. The beds were very very comfy. The breakfast, dinner, Pub & Grill were also very tastefull and well worth the price. There is also plentyyy of parking space available. You also have a zoo which is very close by which is great for a lovely day out. 10/10!

Lovely spacious clean room, warm friendly welcome by any team members you met, great facilities & a great choice at breakfast. We also got really well looked after in the bar on the evening we dined and played darts!

Stay here was amazing, only a five minute walk to the zoo, the hotel was clean and fresh, not enough coffee provided tho 🙄 but had a great weekend an the grounds of the hotel were clean and wildlife all over felt like another planet. The staff were as helpful as they could be I would definitely stay again…..

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Self check in was fine, however the room stunk of bleach, stains on the mattress, windows looked onto a roof, no aircon, towels felt old and worn. Only half positive is that the mattress topper was fairly comfy. Breakfast was below average

So after paying what I thought was good money for a hotel that was near to the Hospital as my son is in there, I was obviously wrong, not only do you have to pay for parking but to use the other amenities you have to pay for these as well, so basically the hotel is not 4* I would say more like 2*, then the room, well the cleanliness on this room was disgusting, no air con, however a fan, and a window that opens minimalisticaly, then when I got on the 1st of 2 beds as it was a twin, I was itching, so I switched to the other bed, after that I was fine, so other bed was not used, the TV providing the aerial was working it found the channel but not great, then the window blind well that was disgusting with fly carcasses all over it, the window sill, and lack of cleaning in the room makes me wonder who actually cleans this place, then the restaurant well if you want a cheap burger with fries and a few leaves £23.00 so I opted to go to KFC, as for peaceful nights stay well I thought I was in club 18-30 as my room was positioned over the swimming pool and it was noisy, the only good concept was waking up to the sound of lions in the zoo next door, there was one lad that was helpful on check in that paid for a coffee but that's it, the breakfast you also have to pay for, I did for one day to see what it was like and they have the odd continental style and the fry up but where was the cheese. Basically in a nutshell this hotel needs a major upgrade.

Lovely clean room, friendly helpful staff. Only real issue is that the room was absolutely boiling hot despite the quite average temperatures outside. There’s no air conditioning and the window only opened a tiny bit meaning there was very little fresh air getting in and I slept badly. There was a fan provided but it didn’t make much difference. Lovely hotel otherwise but A/C desperately needed.
