This is my 3rd time staying here and I love it.

Got sick my first couple of days and the staff went above and beyond making sure I had what I needed. They were attentive and showed a willingness to help as much as possible. Room was always cleaned after house keeping and hotel overall was very well maintained.

the rooms i stayed at need a little up dating.

Property and room is out dated ! Room smelled funky! And not well cleaned! Iron had white residue! Bath tub had mold, bedspread was not clean and didn’t had a linnen Sheet under! Not a good experience overall on first time. Althougth all staff was great !

The location great, The staff always excellent service, and rooms are always clean and comfortable. Coming here for many year's and always enjoy our stay

Amazing tooms with comfortable beds. This hotel is one of the best in Tijuana. They have a pool and bars. Food is delcious. The only thing i suggest they improve is the pool sevice other tham that, the horel and staff are great. We stayed over Easter weekend and it wss alot of fun. I even had a welcome dessert in my room.
