Good location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, reasonable price. Food is slightly limited for vegetarians.Room could have been cleaner and decor is a bit dated.

The hotel was clean, safe and very quite. All staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. The wifi, hot water, shower, ... were all great

The hotel is in a very residential type setting so was quiet but still only a 20 minute walk to get downtown by the Royal palace. We enjoyed the meals that come with the room so we didn't have to go find a restaurant.

We stay here everytime we are in town. Can’t beat the location, breakfast & dinner, and the comfort.

As a solo traveller I especially enjoyed the included evening meal buffet. Breakfast also very good - only suggestion there is to increase quantities of ‘normal’ black teas (English Breakfast and Earl Grey) put out and remove some of the fruit type tea bags that fewer people seem to go for. Although not in the centre, hotel has very good bus and underground connections a short walk away and it’s in a quiet neighbourhood. My room didn’t blow me away with its decor, and TV had only terrestrial channels, but the bed was comfortable and I slept well, which is the most important thing. At the rate I paid, I think it was a bargain.

I had a lovely stay. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner were tasty and varied.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely and spacious, the bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was a good size with plenty of toiletries and shower was lovely. Only drawback was the room was very very hot even with the window open it was warm and unable to reduce the temperature on the radiators enough which made it difficult to layer up for the cold outside when it was so hot in there. But better to be hot than cold especially when it’s minus temperatures outside! The bar area was fairly small for the size of the hotel but very comfortable and chilled. The staff were very polite and helpful with a great sense of humour. Fika time was a nice touch and we enjoyed this if we happened to be at the hotel at the right time, The light evening meal was alittle hit and miss and some of the options were not very warm but there was something always available if you wanted it. We also managed to find plenty of lovely restaurants in the area and the underground train station was only a 5 minute walk and a direct train right to the centre. Perfect!! I would recommend and stay again!

This is a good value budget hotel in a quiet residential area. The standard room is very small with a sliding door into the shower room. Shower pressure was good. Cleaning only done with 24 hours notice and was only a change of towels, bin emptied and bed made. Breakfast was great although not the coffee. Evening meal was included which was a great saving. Menu is published for the week. Soup. One hot main dish plus a couple of salads, bread, crispbread and hummus. All tasty. Deserts could be purchased. Afternoon cake was good too and included. Staff were friendly and helpful but reception staff operated the bar which caused delays getting served when people were checking in or out. 5 mins walk to metro.

Excellent location, supportive staff

Nice hotel with breakfast, “Fika” ( coffee break) and light dinner provided daily. Staff was very accommodating and nice that grocery store and bus and subway stations were very close. The only opportunity was the steam room and sauna were not working during several days of our stay. Shout out to George at the front desk who was always very responsive to our requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice quiet residential location, and walkable to the city centre. It was about a mile to the waterfront which we walked everyday but there’s also a metro station very nearby if you didn’t want to walk. The room was very spacious, and the included evening meal was delicious on all the days we stayed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

Staff was so friendly. Room/bathroom spacious and clean. The included breakfast and dinner were fantastic!!

Reservation was done for the two separate beads . If it wasn’t bad enough that the room wasn’t ready at the check in time 3 pm , front desk gave us a room with one kings size bed. We drugged all the suitcases to the room then had to come back to the front desk to the report the matter . Wait another 40 min to get another room. After coming upstairs to the second room we got the same king size bed but made out of 2 mattresses .went downstairs again . The front desk manager informed us that that is only option they have . On the top of the this disappointment he was pretty rude.

Nice location. Room was rather basic and a little outdated but adequate for a short stay. Bathroom had a musty odor but was clean. Room was bright with windows that could open for fresh air.
