Very walkable city. Location was excellent. The whale watching tours pick you up right at the foor

The entire stay was horrible. I booked a handicap room with 2 beds. But when I called to confirm they had me in a single bed room. Upon arrival, and after paying the $50 fee for early arrival I had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby to check in. Once we arrived in the room it was not a wheelchair accessible room and it had white wine and cookies for an extra fee that we did not order. Overall for the price we paid we are very disappointed and will not be returning.

The rooms were great; clean and tidy. The pool area and locker rooms were a bit dated. Parking was central to the hotel. Overall a good stay in the downtown location.

The room was amazing, access to the Mary browns center was great, a continental breakfast would have been nice. They did have a Keurig, coffee, tea and water in the room which was a delight. The underground parking was great as it was raining while I was there.

Gorgeous views of St. John’s harbour, lovely lobby with an updated, modern looking restaurant/bar and a Starbucks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Truly the place to be if you’re headed to the stadium next door for an event or the conference centre as both are connected via skywalk. Steps from all that downtown has to offer.

The beds are phenomenal very soft and fluffy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Hotel room and staff were great. However, we had planned the stay with our 2 girls as a night away with swimming and snacks, and upon arrival we were told the pool was out of service. They did give us the option to go to a near by hotel and use their pool, which was great. It just would have been ideal if we had gotten info before our arrival.
