A lovely hotel with great facilities and helpful, friendly staff. Our room was a good size with a comfy bed and a good shower room. Breakfast and evening meal were included in the price! We didn’t know! And both meals were tasty and lots of food! The hotel is well placed for the station, bus station, shops, the lake and the Matchstick Museum. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in the center of town. We were in the "new" section of the hotel. Decent room but on the small side (standard for European hotels). Very good breakfast and dinner included with the room rate. Staff is very good. Would likely stay again.

Great hotel with reasonable price and very good amenities. They provide breakfast and dinner which is unusual. Coffee Is available 24 hours. convenient location close to some of the sites and the lake. The staff was very helpful .

Very impressed with this hotel. Room was nice and clean. Great selection at breakfast and evening dinners were delicious. The staff are excellent and very helpful.

The stay was great. Rooms had calming colours and felt new. Beds med sheets lovely. Pillows were a bit too fluffy but no big deal for one night. Close to restaurants and the harbour. I used the gym which had everything i needed for. 30 self guides hiit session. Breakfast 100%!

The room was a good size very comfortable and clean. We found the staff helpful and very friendly Breakfast was very good plenty of choice and hot and cold food ,coffee was available at any time of the day. Location of hotel was very good only 5 min walk to bus and train station good central location everything in walking distance.

Breakfast was so nice. Staff was great & loved the view. Nice gym facility. Very good considering how the building is so historic. Room was well kept.

Everything about this hotel was amazing

The service was amazing, people were friendly and courteous and staff took care of allergies and concerns. They were very very good. Pillows on the bed were equivalent to all hotels)

Great room and the meals were fantastic! Will stay again at this one and other locations.

Fantastiskt service, personalen var jätte fina och gulliga och hjälpsamma. Frukost, fika med kaka och middag varje dag, hur kan man gå fel! Super nöjd med allt och vi älskade Jönköping. Tack Victoria Home för en helt fantastisk vecka.
