Friendly staff at the hotel so no complaints from me. Pretty basic facilities but perfectly comfortable. Tepid water in the shower and be careful stepping out of the shower cubicle as it is raised up off the floor in the bathroom about 8 to 10 inches.

Business one night. Very friendly staff, good food in the restaurant and inexpensive. Rooms are a little basis but functional and very clean. A kettle and tea and coffee would be a bonus!! Excellent gym next door.

My Engineers that stayed at this hotel commented that the accomodation was clean and very comfy. Free parking and breakfast was a great added bonus. Just a little far from closesest bars and restaurants

Would not recommend this hotel. It was old, stains on the carpet, and just plain old NOT a 3.5/4 star hotel. more like a 2, or 2.5 star. Also, not close to the airport, still a 45 Euro taxi trip there. Not easy to get to with luggage unless you take a taxi, because you have to take a train, then the bus, etc.

The staff were great. We do not speak German, all staff spoke very good English and did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The food was wonderful, both evening and breakfast. I have never seen such an array of food for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

I spent one night here. Choices around Bonn were limited, and it looked reasonable. The staff were helpful and friendly, but the accommodation was very basic. The bed was too spongy for my liking and the covering consistted of a cheap, thin duvet/comforter. Stale cigarette smells permeated the room (I asked for non-smoking). I'd start somewhere else. Breakfast was fine - the usual assortment of fruit, cereal, eggs and bad coffee.

This is a modern hotel with many features intended to reduce its carbon footprint. I was impressed by the lack of plastic bags in the room waste bins which always annoy me in other hotels; also motion activated corridor lights. Lack of air-conditioning has the downside that on the very warm and almost windless night of our stay and with four of us in the room (family!) it got pretty hot, so we had to open the windows and the traffic noise from the nearby road was quite intense at times (especially emergency vehicle sirens!). However, with a superb bathroom and comfortable beds we had a reasonable sleep despite the heat. Staff very friendly and helpful and food was good. Very handy location off the Autobahn, once you find it, the directions we had were not easy to follow. Great value for money.
