Quality service for the great daily rate! The Ramada Yuma exceeded my expectations.

We were in Yuma to help out our elderly friends. The entire staff was amazing, efficient, friendly and flexible. The restaurant staff also did not disappoint, friendly, efficient and welcoming. We love staying at this property and will return as often as we can.

First morning I arrived 8 minutes before breakfast ended. The lady cleaning sneered at me and tried to turn me away. Even if she wouldn’t let me make a waffle, I could still enjoy my cereal without resentment. Your job doesn’t end yet anyway! Also toilet leaked and ran all the time. Location is quiet and convenient, even for being so close to the airport.

Front desk grls very nice, pool clean & very refreshing, room was nice. I was there 3 nights they did not cime tho to clean, giv towelss etc i had to call 2x to get towels & i cleaned room myself Was overall good stay. The overwhelming smell of the Indian restraunt thts attached in lovby was very very very overwhelning. The toom, pool all pf putdoors all you could smell was their food was wayy too strong it was everwhere

It's the little things that matter. Tile floor in front of the sink leading to the bathroom was dirty & we were locked out of our room due to the battery dying that operates the door locking mechanism & no luggage rack, just a chair in the corner?

We were supposed to have free breakfast. The waffle station was out of mix and we were told it should be in tomorrow. The coffee machine was out of order. There was instant oatmeal but no hot water. Only thing available was dry cereal and some plain white bread.

Room wasn't finished but had been released for occupancy - not a big deal we went and ate at the restaurant - great food! Door rattled when air conditioning was running - a bit annoying. Stayed here before and would again.LOVE THEIR BREAKFAST!

Well maintained older hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. There was an attendant who actually cooked real eggs for us. I could have used more outlets for electronics, a quieter refrigerator and newer hairdryer, but those are my only complaints. For the price, this hotel is a bargain.

It was easy to check in and the personnel are professional. The restaurant is delicious. The room was nice, clean, and the Air-condition worked well.

The made to order breakfast buffet was WONDERFUL!! In the room there were some discolored grout lines in the bathroom that are probably just stained not dirty. Put a little time into cleaning that up and I would not have anything bad to talk about!

I was looking for a comfortable, affordable hotel while I was getting dental work in Los Algodones and this Ramada fit the bill. Rooms are nicely appointed with nice furniture, big screen TV and most importantly, a comfortable bed for my bad back. There are two restaurants onsite, one Asian and one East Indian. I’ve only had the Indian and it’s fantastic! Try the tandoori chicken! So delish! I’ve eaten there a bunch of times, even when I wasn’t staying there. The only thing I don’t like was that the pool wasn’t heated in the winter but I know it’s expensive and they would have to charge more to do it. I really like this place and will continue to stay there when I’m in Yuma!

The Ramada is centrally located for all my needs.

Older hotel but comfortable with a good size pool, too. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Cherri and CC helped with a good breakfast each morning in a spacious setting.

We have been staying at that hotel for awhile now love the cleanliness the only thing I have an issue with is that I am handicapped and the toilets are to low for elderly and handicapped people, other then that I love that place
