A decent place for the price. Our room was clean and comfortable, though nothing extraordinary. However, the staff could have been friendlier, and the breakfast experience was disappointing. It was overcrowded, food wasn’t restocked, and the pancake machine was frustratingly slow. It would be great if adjustments were made to better accommodate large crowds and if breakfast was truly served until 10 a.m. On the bright side, the location was great—close to Atlantic City with a lovely ocean view. We might consider staying again if necessary.

The property was okay.The room was ok. The smell outside of the property was terrible and there was an awful smell in the hallway leading to our rooms.The hallways were also dirty and this was on the arrival night.The hallway smell and cleanliness improved the second night however the smell and cleanliness was terrible.My room door had a stain on it that didn’t look right kind of looked like a spot of blood and also a similar stain on the inside back of door.The bathroom toilet also had a stain/ mark on it unsure in what these marks were but again it goes back to cleanliness.Otherwise the stay was average for 2 nights.

Rooms are decent but can use a little upgrade. Bed is comfortable. Shades in my room didn’t work. My room had a little odor.

One of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. I usually only stay in 2 other places if I have to stay in a hotel but I decided to try this one out about a week ago and I fell in love with it ever since. It definitely tops Tropicana for me for soo many reasons, which is one of the other 2 places I usually stay. Less fees, complimentary breakfast (options for everyone to choose from in the morning). The breakfast is also ran for a few hours which gives everyone a chance to get down there and grab something before it’s too late. Regardless is you’re an early bird who get’s the worm or a late riser no one is left out here. Members are extended amazing deals & great offers as well. My 2nd stay I signed up immediately to become a member so that I could take advantage of the points offered each time I booked a room here as well as late check out when needed via the actual IHG / Holiday Inn Express website. ALL of the staff here are very respectful, friendly & amazing. The house keepers do an amazing job with making sure the rooms are spotless and clean. The beds are beyond comfortable here and you will have a mini fridge and microwave in each room with a coffee maker (Keurig style)….I want to give a special Thank you to Vince one of the managers there whom took his time to hear me out about a situation that occurred while I was staying here for my 2nd time that could have easily been my last if he didn’t handle the situation with such care and grace. Thank you !!
