There's no one to carry your luggage, so those with a lot of bags should consider this. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste. I booked a queen bed but they gave me two beds joined together. I received cookies upon check-in, which were lovely. There are restaurants, a convenience store, and a train station near the hotel.

The hotel is fine but the room is quite small. The checkin procedure is very long, it takes about 45 minutes to receive the room. The hotel supports changing the room type as I want

Love this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is specious with fully equipped facility and nice view of London. Got a super delicious soft cookie at arrival. Saintbury's supermarket is just around the corner. Hotel location is in the heart of the city, very convenient to connect with many attractions and tube at Victoria Station.
