Absolutely brilliant hotel, best hotel i have stayed in for a while and i travel a lot. Very good value for a relatively cheap price for a stay Very clean and spacious. All the staff are very helpul and friendly and cant do enough for you. Excellent amenties, pool, sauna, gym and even a lounge where you can play pool, air hockey and table football Great location just south of the city center short 5 min walk into town. Parking available and a bit pricey but seems the same everywhere locally.

Location is idea for visiting town centre

We loved staying at the park plaza hotel.

Smack in the middle of the middle of town, all nice restaurants and shopping are right at the door.

A nice hotel — the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with well-equipped facilities. I especially liked the powerful hairdryer. The walls could perhaps use a bit of refurbishment, and the windows could be cleaner. There were fun facilities in the lobby, and I enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff were friendly. The only downside was the paid parking, which was quite expensive.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I enjoyed breakfast and setvice but can use more of a variety on breakfast. There attention to cleanliness can be more focused. The staff was all well mannered and willing to satisfy my requests. I would recommend this hotel.

A very pleasant stay indeed. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable; it was also very nice to have tea and coffee making facilities. The windows opened, rather than being cosmetic to allow fresh air which was good. Only downside was there was no complimentary bottled water in the room. I was on the 3rd floor, and at times you could feel the floorboards shake if you walked heavily which initially was a bit disconcerting but not a problem. The breakfast was lovely and had many options, including dairy free milk. The location is convenient and within walking distance to shops and Eindhoven train station and bus terminal. There was a Japanese restaurant that was based in the hotel, and advertised online but this appeared to be closed/not operational during the time I was there. It wasn't really an issue as there are lots of restaurants close by. I would stay here again and would also recommend to others.

The receptionists were very welcoming and accommodating our needs.

Very comfortable spacious room, clean and well maintained. Only criticism is the halls provide little in the way of soundproofing and you can hear staff and other guests talking constantly from early morning.

All rooms booked had children staying in. One of the rooms the AC was not working, and blowing hot air, according to staff there was no other room available for the night, there wasn’t any sort of fans in the premises for this sort of occasional problem. Been promised that an engineer will look into the room at 9am the next day or we will be moved to a better room than the business suite, which didn’t seem to have happened as when we came back into our room at night time the same case was still occurring and no one seemed to know what was going on with the issue in our room the next night. AC wasn’t working, no fan, cannot crack the window open for cool air to come in and very uncomfortable night sleep for me and partner and specially my little one! 2 nights sleeping uncomfortably! Would never book or recommend specially if staying with children!!

Every time I visit Eindhoven I always stay at the Park Plaza hotel. Perfectly located, friendly, efficient staff, great rooms. Always a pleasure, highly recommended.

Close to town for bars and food options

Excellent hotel, clean, professional, kid friendly, excellent breakfast, pool, excellent all around.

Amazing location. Great facilities which included a game room with free use of pool tables, table tennis and ping pong. Pool and sauna also. Nice lobby area with a bar which we did not use but it looked nice. Cleaning staff very friendly when we passed them in the corridors. Only downside was upon check in the receptionist Germán left us mid check in/mid sentence to go help another guest he didn't excuse himself which was quite rude.
