good place to stay but starting to become obvious upkeep is being neglected

The hotel is older but acceptable in terms of cleanliness. However, the pillows and bedding have seen better days. The front desk staff were neither friendly nor helpful. If I had known this beforehand, considering the rates I paid, I would have preferred to stay elsewhere, even if it meant paying a higher parking fee for a more comfortable experience.

A great deal for the price. Not very many places to go within walking distance, and the entrance to the parking garage was really narrow. Overall, my friends and I had a positive experience though, and I would recommend this place

In Bad part of city. Very old hotel. Very small bathroom. Was charged for parking!! Breakfast was okay

Needs a remodel and elevators don’t always open so your left foot n there for a bit. Vending machines didn’t work. Parking was good

Lights didnt work when you walked in room. Bathroom size was very small/cramped. Very noisy. Outlet to charge phones on lamp where broken/didnt work. Parking lot small. Could not fit our 1500 silverado to go underground to park...maybe it could have but it was too sketchy! Pillows could have been better, but that could be a preference thing. Breakfast was good, but staff seemed annoyed when we told them the waffle mix was out. She argued with a gentleman when he asked if they could change it. There was a long line waiting. We were there for a cheer competition so lots of kids wanting waffles. I did appreciate that we were able to check in early so we coud get our daughter ready for competition!

Stayed there just one night prior to visiting Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Front desk attendant was very courteous and helpful with restaurant advice and parking suggestions. Yes, facilities could use a facelift but very clean and breakfast was good.

It is in the older building in downtown. Location is good. The bed is not comfortable need to change the mattress

With cost of room.$$ I never in all our yr travel did we have to pay for parking for our stay $29 for 2 night🙈

Great location

The first room we were put in had blood on the bathroom floor which tells me couldn’t have been cleaned second room was just as nasty bathroom toilet was nasty around the bottom and behind the toilet the carpet had food crumbs on it and the lady from front desk tried to get it up with her hands she said that they expect the rooms when they’re cleaned the housekeeping supervisor must been tired and ready to go home because it was a Friday so wasn’t checking no rooms that day obviously. But from the looks of the hotel it’s a lot of lacking in cleaning. We didn’t even try the breakfast scared of what might be in the kitchen. Definitely will never stay here again or any Comfort inns.

Just some R&R

It was good for one night we stayed. Property is old. Check in staff was indifferent to us. Nice that it’s downtown but not in a good area, so if you’re planning to just spend a night there and drive around, then it works fine

Everything was fine except I did not realize that there was paid parking. This was very unfortunate.
