1. The hot and cold water tap in the bathroom sink was configured wrong. They were opposite (Room 1124). 2. The bathtub drain was defect and I needed to hold in a button manually until all water was drained. 3. The doors connecting our two rooms had to be opened by a staff member. If the kids accidentally closed both doors, we would have to call room service again. Perhaps we should have the key? 4. Perhaps the person on the toilet should have control over the window blinds into the bathroom, not the people or kids outside… Besides that there were friendly staff, tasty food and comfortable beds 🙂

Nice property in the nice city. Nice area for family nearby. Good connections and quiet space. Haven't used all facilities as it was only one day stay

When I booked I booked for 2 adults and one child of 8 years of age. I expected a room with 2 beds and one standard bed. I was more than surprised to learn that the extrabed would be charged 50€ extra per night. WE had an alternativ to let the boy slip with us in the double bed. This is outrageous that we did not get this information while booking as we would have chosen an other hotel. Or to think that a 8 years old boy would share the bed with 2 adults.

Our stay was wunderfull and the hotel was great. The location was nice and close to the city.

Beautiful view from my room on the top floor. The room had everything I needed and was quiet and comfortable. The fitness center was clean and also had a nice view of the area! It was very easy to access public transportation. The area around the hotel was nice to walk with a park and lots of restaurants.

It is seriously problem with room no. 807 as so much strong sewage smell coming from bathroom. It's so hard to stand and I had to open the window holeday. I stayed 7days and I tried to change room but is was not possible due to no vacancy.

Big clean and comfortable hotel. I loved the nice big windows in my room (719) and that I could open one of them to let in fresh air. Staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good. The only thing I missed was a restaurant that was open for lunch — there didn’t seem to be anywhere in the hotel to eat lunch. But no worries, you can find many restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walk.

Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Stunning views from the spotlessly clean rooms. Efficient and helpful staff. Lifts can take a while to appear.

The parking lot is inconvenient, it has stairs and no electric charging stations in the hotel area.

No the best at all , hotel was very smells specially in the corridors , besides had an issue on checkout they asked for a master card on checking in and instead of a €50 deposit they withdrawn €1200 , was a mistake done why you training stuff in the front desk still not refunded !!!!!!!!!

Everything was good and friendly staff

The hotel itself was very good. The main issue was with the loud music outside from 9pm to 3am (sounded like a club night) which was audible even in the 16th floor with window closed and headphones on. This meant I had a couple of hours Sleep each night which was far from ideal when purpose of visit was for a conference. I know the hotel cannot change this as it was an external house but it was very loud and perhaps better insulation of room windows can be provided given this is sold as a ‘conference centre hotel’

Fantastic service after left jewellery behind. Rooftop bar & views great. V convenient for conference.

Beautiful hotel, rooms decent size but if you are from US the air does not work well at all. We requested a fan but never received one.

Great location and everything clean and new. My only complaint is that both the bed and the toilet were to high for me.
