I had parked my vehicle in the paid hotel parking. Someone scratched and dented my vehicle with a sharp object. Could be hate crime too. I do not know. When i brought this up to the front desk they told me that we can not do anything about this and we are not responsible. This is not our fault. And for $340 a night it is not worth it. The hotel in general and swimming pool was dirty too. The hotel Location is great though and that's about it. Even breakfast was not included in this price.

They supply earplugs on the nightstand. Bed is like a hammock and room not very clean and trashy Neighbors are partying like crazy. It is nothing like the photos of the posting. Seems like false advertising. I have never experienced this so badly before. I am shocked

The hotel was clean and bright. The area around it was hectic and chaotic but it is right across from the beach. My only complaint is you pay enough for a room and then you get charged for parking on top.

The first room I was shown had mold in the shower. I was moved to another much better room. The location is very close to the downtown restaurant area and city park.

Lovely time

Overall good hotel for a short stay. Our room was on a busy road so a little noisy. Bed was very comfortable. For the price we paid a good value.

Staff is friendly!!!

Wasn't happy with the price, and the lounge being closed for food and drinks, as i have a severe seafood allergies and the only option at the hotel was a seafood/sushi restaurant. Also the hot tub was closed. Bathrooms are tiny.

I choose this property as it is close to everything I wanted to see and do. Didn’t move my car for 3 days, perfect!!

It was a wonderful stay. Very comfortable, grwat location and wonderful staff.

Comfortable clean stay

Our stay was from Fri at 4pm to Sat at 11am and were charged 2 days of parking. Hot tub was cold. And a late checkout (1 hr) was $35. Personally would not recommend for the price. Also a glass of wine and a spirit at the bar was $27 before tip. As a local I just feel they could be more accountable.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was. Lots of parking, decently sized room, balcony, nice shower, wonderfully hot water and soft towels. Did not try the pool or either restaurant/bar, as this place is in the heart of downtown, very close to the beach, marina and a ton of food options. Will definitely stay here again!

The noise from Harvey Road is quite loud all night. The hotel provides earplugs which says a lot. Also, they have carpet beetles. The bed is comfy tbough.
