Easy to check in. Lobby and room were very nice. Had no issues with stay, room, staff or price. Only thing, I didn't check and completely my fault, is no free breakfast. 5 stars!

Unfortunately had several issues with this property and would not recommend as there are many other options close by. Reasons I would not book again: Called ahead to request a crib be in our room. Had to ask the front desk 3 different times on the day of our arrival for the crib and kept getting told it was in our room (it was not). We also did not get the room we booked. Booked a king suite and was put in a standard double. Had called ahead to ask if there was a freezer portion to the mini fridge and was told yes. There was not. Mini fridge was also missing shelves and other pieces making its usage limited. Part of our room smelled like sewage and that wasn’t even by the bathroom. Floor was sticky in places. Bar was closed due to licensing issue. The bistro had very limited hours. The positives: Pool was warm and quiet. Starbucks on site was great! Staff was very friendly. Do not disturb sign was respected. Overall just not worth returning to me.

Nice place to stay. Zoe was great at check in. Person at drinks desk for check out (missed his name) was polite and friendly. Room was clean. Liked having a little patio to enjoy the some of the evening on. Will stay again

It was quick, very friendly and everything was clean.

Stay was great! Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. I paid the extra fee for breakfast through Hotels.com but was told that I would STILL have to pay for breakfast at the hotel bar/ restaurant.

Great 1 night stay! Lobby and room exceeded expectations. Very clean and quiet grounds even with bar and food service onsite. Only con was non-heated pool, uncomfortably cold water.

was not able to purchase a beer in the lobby after midnight and breakfast was not available until 7AM.

Our TV wouldn't connect to the Wifi. There were 3 people in our room trying to figure out how to fix it. After about 30 min, we were moved to a different room but that TV also didn't connect to the Wifi so we gained nothing. Problem was not resolved. On the positive side, enjoyed the Bistro in the lobby.
