Expedia’s description of my room said there were two bedrooms. There were not. So our son slept in the middle of the living area. Inconvenient. Jacuzzis were cold. Breakfast was good. Beach was nice. Wished there weren’t people selling excursions walking up to us all the time.

Had a lovely time at the hotel with my family, very good swimming pool, good selections of buffet food at meal times especially breakfast, staff friendly and helpfull. Only downside for us was the apartments were out of the hotel complex, was neighbouring and the security did not feel as good as the hotels, a short walk into hotel conplex which did not bother us, but would be abit more difficult for people with accessibility issues

The staff and service was next to none. I have been to many resort with all inclusive and half board service. This one by far tops them all. The food was so rich with incredible variety. Never at the same thing twice during this week. Staff were amazing. I have never really seen such attention to details. Location is certainly the best I have been to so far. Restaurant staff and managers went above and beyond their duties to make our stay a very memorable one.

Everything was excellent! And Saiid Khalil at the poolside bar makes the best coffees!!

Nice clean bright room and nice staff.

The hotel is a large resort with three pools and beach area. Very clean rooms. AC worked well. Two pillow choices which I appreciated. Mini fridge in room is nice to keep water cool. Loud music at one pool, which I don’t like, but the other adult pool is calm and quieter. Nice kids pool area. Buffet breakfast was a huge selection. Very nice. Close to walk to mall (across street), restaurants and stores. Safe at night.

Lots of services are not given compared to the info sheet received at check in or while booking. Room received 1:30 after check in time. No beach towel cards received the first day due to shortage. No staff at the bar from adult only swimming pool. Poor cleanliness in the main restaurant. Tables are dirty. Tables are never set. Too few glasses for wines. Too few napkins. Staff tries their best but have limited resources. Wouldn’t recommend nor come back.
