Very clean and safe

Thanks so much to all the friendly staff at the beautiful Windsor Leme hotel!! Everyone was very professional, kind and helpful. To me this is clearly the best spot on the beach front. If there was boxes to check for everything it has to offer, it would check all of them. Views ✅ location✅ friendly staff ✅ room ✅ shower (haha cause it was the best shower ever)✅ food ✅ thanks again for making our trip from Canada just the best 🫶🏼

Great location, cleanliness, comfort. Various sets of pillows and blankets in the rooms, quality toiletries. Nespresso capsules are available in the room for a small price. Breakfast is excellent - great ingredients, broad variety, they refill all the time. Tapioca & omelette station is really working well, they make tasty stuff. They change pastries every day. Rooftop pool is a gem - view is like from a postcard, and you can really get your zen there. Also a special mention to the staff who communicated well that AC shouldn't be turned on in our room - well done, every time the room was cleaned, this was respected, thank you. I'd stay here again. What can be done better: - Many guests go for early tours and the hotel could offer a breakfast bag. It is a common service even in hotels of much lower rank. It is not about 'taking food out of the hotel and someone suing them if they get tummy issues', it is a simple courtesy and can be also followed by a disclaimer if they are so afraid of that...I'm mentioning this part about consuming food outside of hotel, since the restaurant is plastered with those signs that for 'guests safety they shouldn't take food outside of the restaurant '... - Cappuccino in the rooftop bar tastes like a colored water with some foam on top.... We were really surprised by the quality...other beverages are great

Absolutely amazing! Great service, clean, smells great and my room attendant in the 17th floor was exceptional. Hotel is in a nice area and I felt safe. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Uneventful. Nice stay. Room was ok but not outstanding. Check in a bit slow. The pool is good.

Great service, coffee was cold

Was terrible experience , my sister in law put a bread accidentally en the toast and the capitán of the restaurant Washington was so rude and she burnt her arms , them they not speak other languages than portugués was hard our communication, we had a rent car and they didn’t provide parking and also they sent you to a parking and you paid for that , no help at all, we be grateful to the bellman’s and front desk guys . But the hotel was the same price than the windsor Miramar but we didn’t found any room available but Leme was terrible experience .

The wifi sucks here omg . I was so annoyed. You will hear every conversation and whenever the doors close.

I like that it was by the beach but as soon you walk of the hotel there was lot of homeless people right there next to the hotel and around and smell a lot like pee

Great location and service. Food was amazing.

The hotel was clean, in a great location, the staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. The ocean view room was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was good while the rest of the menu, especially room service, was pretty limited. My only complain/concern was having to pay almost $300 US for an early check-in. Brazil is very far, if you plan to visit organize yourself for arriving early and departing in the middle of the night.
