This is a typical conference hotel that is now a little tired. Good car parking.

Staff very welcoming and professional. Evening meal was fantastic. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Very convenient for going into town and exploring the area.

Very nice hotel. Would stay again if I was in NI.

Absolutely spotless but tired looking room. Mattresses are hard. Room and bathroom are big. Food in the restaurant 10 out of 10. Friendly staff. Breakfast was average

An overall good hotel with decent size family room and a nice bathrooms. Let down by a poor TV and dodgy aerial. The restaurant was excellent and great room service.

Plenty of parking space and the staff at check in were very warm and welcoming. Good selection at breakfast and very quiet location. Great for when travelling for work.

Super hotel, lovely food and friendly and welcoming staff

My wife was particularly impressed by the water pressure in the shower. And i was a fan of the vegetarian curry. And as expected, the staff was friendly and attentive.

The staff at hotel reception and manager are completely unhelpful. Any requests were met with the response that because I used a third party website for booking they accepted no responsibility for anything. The hotel should not be included on third party websites if the same standard of customer service cannot be expected. Reception staff and manager were rude and unhelpful. I will never return and would advise others to seek alternative accomodation.

Beautiful room very clean and tidy No bathroom shelf though to store toiletries Breakfast was disappointing ordered omlettes they were very dry and tough so we only ate a little of them

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, comfy bed. Location a bit out of town.

Reception check in, housekeeping was very good. Staff in restaurant & Bar were super good. Breakfast & other meals were delicious. We had an excellent stay. Also lady at reception gave us directions to a pathway alongside the Foyle which took us into the City, there is a bus service which stops just before Caw roundabout if you don't fancy the walk back.Hotel is a hidden gem.There is a busy roundabout just before access to the Hotel but the pathway into the city is really pleasant & gives a good walk. There is good access for cars over the Foyle bridge to the City, Letterkenny erc.

Such a lovely warm welcome on arrival. Yasmin was the star for us...very friendly & went the extra mile to be kind & locate me a safety pin for a dress malfunction. Made an effort to acknowledge us each time we passed reception. Bar staff fast, efficient & attentive & 2 did the work of 5. Food lovely & recommend dinner & breakfast there.

I booked this hotel, as my son had a competition the next morning. We were kept awake until the early morning as there was a party on with load music. the soundproofing is terrible. When I tried to ring reception, the phone was not answered. Yet when I rang, the line was answered.
