Our Beds were hard. Construction to hotel after 8 am. Open shower caused a bit of a mess. Air conditioning not working. But staff was 10 star impeccable. Location was amazing and hotel was in an amazing location close to everything. Breakfast was elegant. Staff was beyond kind and amazing. Extremely clean id say spotless and shining.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Vienna. The hotel itself was a little more on the dated side but it had the historic vibe rather than just unkept. It's steps away from the major shopping and the St. Stephens Cathedral (beautiful). An abundance of restaurants nearby and very walkable to Opera House, Albertina, and public transportation. The staff were very helpful. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in so we didn't have to store our luggage. Highly recommend.

Ideally located in the centre of the city, the hotel was very clean and well equipped. The staff were most helpful and polite.

Clean and spacious room. Bar fridge had a few items that are helpful. Conveniently located and friendly staff. Only downside was my room was on the 2nd floor where McDonald’s and Starbucks customers could see the room.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Royal. The location is excellent - right next to St. Stephen's Cathedral and next to a metro station. The hotel was very nice. We had 2 adjoining rooms for 2 adults and 2 teenagers and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. The staff was all super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

The location and the staff are great. I would to acknowledge all reception, bellman and buffet staff for their open hearts that made the stay awesome.
