This was our second visit. You can't beat the location in Paris and the service. Breakfast was a plus, and good and filling enough that we often could skip lunch in favor of a great dinner out. If we are lucky enough to make another Paris trip, we will stay here for sure.

We enjoyed our room and location.

Everything was excellent. The room was very big for Paris and there was an elevator. The room in Eiffel was quiet and warm. The buffet breakfast was adequate and all I care about is the espresso machine. Le Marais is a great and colorful district, I would stay here again, especially for the amazing architecture, bistros and shops. But for the following: my room key failed to work 4 different times and I was on the fifth floor of a building different than the lobby. I was told you're keeping the room key too close to your phone. Baloney. There were huge gouges in the door frame because obviously they couldn't get the door open other times. I asked for a wakeup call to catch my flight, remind them of the time change, I was assured of course it will work, and no wakeup call came. Thank God we had set up two phone backups just in case. There was no lotion in the room.

We had a problem at the beginning of our stay because the room wasn't ready for us due to a 'technical issue'. Altho inconvenient, they were very accommodating and gave us breakfast and a temporary room. When we finally got into our room it was wonderful. We had two rooms and two bathrooms. There was plenty of space and storage for three of us comfortably. The hotel was in Le Maria's, a great neighborhood- walkable to many shops, restaurants, the Picasso museum, the Seine, Notre Dame and more.

It’s an okay hotel but it’s expensive

We did not get the breakfast. Two things I was unhappy about. 1) The gym did not have cardio exercise equipment even though you advertise as having a gym. I am going on a cycling trip and was in Paris 6 days prior to going and needed to exercise beyond just walking around the city. 2) the bedside tables are so low I could not read unless I had all the lights on which would keep my husband up.

Wonderful hotel situated on 8 building property. Great staff and room was clean.

Bartender made the perfect drinks for us. Outside garden was beautiful. Very relaxing and we loved sitting outside with the heaters.

Room was very nice. Bed linens very nice, bathroom appointments nice. Paul in the cage and Diana at the front desk were terrific. Here is the problem, check in is at 3:00 but we did not get our room until almost 5. We asked several times and were told they would find us on the patio - they never did. They compensated with a free breakfast but the next morning the breakfast attendant required we pay. They did make it good in the end.

The hotel is located in a very nice area of Paris and 300 feet from a Metro stop, which was very convenient. We walked to the Place de Vosges in 5 minutes and Notre Dame Cathedral in 20 minutes. The staff was very helpful, especially Tim at the front desk. We found our room to be small for a "Classic Double" (it seemed smaller than the online photo) but the bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom/shower was excellent. Skipped in the expensive in-hotel breakfast to take advantage of two excellent bakeries less than a block away from the hotel.

Lovely staff, kudos Henrique and Rhianna, manager and maintenance. 2nd year here, miss the ambiance....will return!!
