My huband and I traveled for a week with our 2 kids ages 14,5 and 2. It was god. It was not terrible, but it did not blow us away either. I do feel that i got what we payed for. We tried booking a suite or at least a Jr.Suite but they were all booked up. The only negetive thing to say was that an elevator was broken which did make it a bit difficult some days loading and unloading kids with a day of adventure planned. The wayer in the showers was extremely hot and we all loved it. They did offer housekeeping everydya, but we did refuse about 2 or 3 times we stayed for 6 days. We didnt need new towles and sheets every day, but we definitely needed the vacuum. The breakfast was offered everyday and it was a valuable breakfast. Everything in the room worked fine, the tv, microwave, fridge, coffe machine, iron etc. The location was very convenient less than a mile away from a chse bank, walmart, grocery store, laundry mat and some resturants. Even though our experince was good, I cannot confirm if we would book here again. We do like to try different hotels and have not found a brand we stick with or are rewards members eith yet and we do take a week travel twice a year with the kids. And another travel for 2-3 days just me and my husband at least 3-6 times a year.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone. Our kids had a great time and really enjoyed the amenities. The area felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind during our trip. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families!

The hotel condition was clean but kind of cramped. It's in an agricultural area so not much going on outside of the hotel which makes it quiet. The bed springs were kind of noisy. Unfortunately when I was checking in, there was only ONE person working. The receptionist was trying to do her best under the circumstances as there was a line waiting to check in, but she was being overwhelmed. She was apologetic about the wait, and I don't blame her as she can only do what can under the circumstances. I blame the management for having to stand in line for more than half an hour to check in.

Property needs major update of amenities, and grounds.

First when we got there the hot tub and BBQ were not in service. Two of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Then we were told one of the elevators didnt work but that the other worked and we could use it. Myself and my 3 year old and my 4 year old and 15 year old were on the elevator and became trapped. We were trapped inside the elevator for 10 minutes. I already have major anxiety about elevators and now after this traumatic experience, my children and I are going to be dealing with emotional trauma for a lifetime. We asked to speak to management but they hae refused to speak with us. Our stay here was horrible. They also have very unsafe breeze ways between buildings, they are caution taped off and very crappily rigged with some wood at the bottom floor to keep them up. The walkways are sagging in the middle and ready to collapse. I will be contacting OSHA and building inspectors. This place should not be operating in the condition its in.
